My account is on hold and has been now for around * weeks i have contacted amazon constantly and sent out so many emails to them and *****@***.com i have had no response i have verified my identity as well as billing address information through fax several times as well as through email all i keep getting back from the account specialist team is automated emails this is not resolving my issue i am registered disabled with a registered carer and rely on amazon to shop i also had a gift card balance on amazon.co.uk of £**** and also a gift card balance on amazon.com which amazon has taken from me i deem this to be theft and illegal to take peoples money i do not want to have to take legal proceedings in this matter but its now getting to that stage the situation with amazon not allowing me access to my account even though i have done all they have asked of me is tipping me over the edge and i am losing the will to live please can you help me as a amazon customer all i would like is full access back to my amazon account along with my gift card balance as i rely on amazon thankyou very much
