hi its tomasz i have order a laptop lenovo ideapad *** **, inch notebook for ***.** pounds , order number: ***-*******-******* . i have recieved the product today however it is without an original box or any instructions or protective layer on the screen as well as there is no recipt, there is also another problem as i cannot access the laptop because there is a password on the laptop and it looks like it have been used, but i have order a new one . **i am very unsatisfied with how your company deal with my order, i'd like to send back the laptop andf recived my money back as soon as possible as i needed a new laptop not a used one for university for my dauther. how do i get my money back and how do i send the laptop back?
