I received an email from *****@***.com stating that my order has been put on hold and my account blocked. First of all, I want to find out if the email is indeed from you. Secondly, the above email states: "To upload your statement to our secure document portal, log in to your account and follow the instructions.". How am I supposed to log into my blocked account?*Third, it asks for a statement. I don't have a statement as it's a debit and not a credit card. I've never received one. Only bank account statements. So the information that you ask are irrelevant. Fourth, I had a ** pounds credits in my account, will I still have them? Lastly, I want those items delivered by next week, but this set the things back. How can I proceed with my order?**Dimitris
