This is my FIFTH attempt to resolve this situation. I have not received an answer! WHY?*On ******* I took delivery of a box from amazon which contained TWO Braun shavers - I had ordered ONE. I have been charged for BOTH SHAVERS on my Mastercard*order numbers:****-*******-******* which I returned via Royal Mail on *******. I have been informed you have received this item.**In the email it states "As this item was sent to you in addition to the original order - by mistake we'll not issue a refund" WHY!*I repeat I have been charged for TWO shavers!!**The shaver I kept order no:****-********-*********I have used Amazon for many years - this will be my last order!!**Regards*Brian Leatherland
