Kindle E Reader. Order No. ***-*******-*******. Set it up today. But it has gone into a 'loop'. It won't switch off. I've tried the ** second switch of tip. No good. There is no tool bar visible. Just a panel asking for Passcode. I didn't set it up with a passcode. ** second switch off opens the Kindle logo page which then shows (upload bar?) after which reverts to passcode panel. It just goes round and round and is very frustrating. Can you offer technical support for this? otherwise can I return it? Thanks. Richard Taylor. (Kindle ordered by my wife Jane Taylor)
