It was arranged for delivery (on your chat line with Dorothy) for Friday**st September but it arrived on Thursday **th September when there should have been no one here to receive it.**. There appears to be no facility for changing the delivery date easily on line. Your systems simply keep sending you round in circles which is very frustrating.**. It's not easy to talk to a human being. You keep being passed from one robot to another, none of which has the answer to your questions.
