On Sunday ** September I checked my orders to see where the item was and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday ** September, three days after order. As it was not delivered on ** Sept I decided to cancel. I then went back on the website to have another look at this item and could see it was still shown as a prime item and if I ordered on ** Sept I would get it on ** Sept. So to recap I ordered this item on ** Sept but would not get it until ** Sept but if I ordered again on ** Sept I could get it on ** Sept.**Confused.? I am. This is not the first time in recent weeks that I have ordered a prime next day delivery item which was not delivered the next day despite me ordering and getting confirmation of next day delivery. Please note that I am not talking about a late order which would not qualify for next day delivery, all my times are well with the scope of the prime agreement between us.**So can someone please tell me why we have an agreement that I pay for prime but do not always get it?**Regards**Mike Gregory
