On September ** I placed an order * ***-*******-******* with a pre-approved to my credit card (transaction number ****** Sept **). A few days later I recived an email explain that my order was cancelled due to a seller pricing error. In that email, you explain to my that we dont will be any problem with my bank because the payment will be charge after the items are dispatched to me. *However, Today I call my bank and they said to my that there is a charge of my credit card and they are not recive yet a cancellation notice.*I hope you can help me
