Hi, I recently ordered some resistance bands from your website and after a few days of them not being delivered I checked the delivery address and I’ve realised the post code was wrong, the right postcode is PL* *EP. I understand that you can’t change the delivery details once and order has been placed so I’m just wondering how to go about it. Also I tracked my package on the first couple days and the courier must have been right outside my building yet was still for some reason unable to deliver the package so I’m still not sure whether or not it’s the incorrect postcode or some other issue. I also paid for *-day shipping and was wondering if there would be a possibility to get a refund on it seeing as it has now taken ** days. Any help would be appreciated.
