I am waiting for a refund of *** and *** for goods that I did not order*I cannot access my amazon account as it is frozen while investigations are happening but I was told that a refund would be made once you had the goods back which were not accepted by me last Thursday and the driver took them straight back how can I get help with this

i didnt get it fixed at all, I have not had any contact from amazon and at present cancelling all cards and emails that are associated with them
