I received delivery of a Rion Greenhouse Base Kit today. I ordered an *x**ft base kit, but the delivery was a *x*ft base kit.*I do not want a refund, but I do want the wrongly delivered base kit exchanged for the correct *x**ft base kit at the agreed purchase price of £**.**.
They could make this right by honouring the original purchase of an *x**ft base kit at the price that I paid.
I have been a good customer for * years.
Emailed Amazon Customer Services. They will issue a refund, but have refused to replace the *x*ft base with the originally purchased *x**ft. This is wrong. I bought an *x**ft base that was in stock at the time (last one). I did not buy a *x*Ft base. Amazon should honour my original purchase and provide me with an *x**ft base in exchange for the *x*ft base.
