I have made purchases from the Amazon.co.uk website but I can't for the life of me fathom out how I subscribed to a service I had no interest in. ... Hello there.*On a monthy credit card statement, I keep getting billed by Amazon for the sum of £*.** GBP per month and the description says Amazon Prime. I have never been interested in Amazon Prime or knowingly signed up for it (I have certainly never used it) The latest deduction for this amount was on the *rd August ****. I did not use that card or authorize this transaction to my knowledge. Please help because this is happening every month. I have managed to find the 'end Prime membership' section of the Amazon.co.uk website, but I would still like to know how many months I have been billed for a service I did not use and never wanted to sign up for. I*m always very careful with things like this and I have been paying £*.** unnecessarily for X number of months.
To get refunded for August would be a start. I have managed to locate the button to end the Prime membership.
