I noticed a few weeks ago that £** had been taken out of my account by Amazon to pay for prime membership. My husband has also got prime membership and we both live in the same household. I know I was added to that a while back. I then looked at my bank statements and saw that £** had also been taken the year before. I phoned a "helpline" and spoke to somebody called Rachael who wouldn't give her surname. I was promised that they could return £** (only one payment) which, rather than argue with a foreign call center I accepted, to my account within a few business days. This was * weeks ago, and I am losing any hope that the money will be returned. My husband and I have separate accounts with Amazon but I am included on his prime membership. Please sort this out for me.
