I have two accounts with Amazon - one is LT*****@***.com, which is used mainly for Kindle. The other is the one I am using now. I recently made some orders on both accounts but then my bank cards were stolen so when the cards were processed I had to go and change the numbers. I thought I had done this for all orders but I am still getting declined e-mails. When I try to go to change the order it is taking me only to orders that have gone through. Have these orders now been stopped because I have not been able to get to them? Yesterday I spoke online with someone who altered one order for me but said I had to do the others myself. However, I cannot now get to them. Help, please.
