I spoke with an individual named Andrew in the first place who seemed to agree with me that I had been charged multiple times by Amazon for Prime without my authority: viz:** Mar **** £*.** ** Mar **** £*.** * May **** £*.** ** May **** £*.** - I want these withdrawals from me to be stopped and the amounts REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.*I contacted 'Andrew' on Customer Service tel. number *Ref... ... I noticed on my bank statement today that you have, without my authority, taken out euro *.** - reason Prime Membership* Since when? I do not want to partake of this. You have done this to me previously. Please cancel immediately. I really resent your pushing this on good customers like myself. Ref: DOI - *******-*******
This was especially frustrating because I have never used Prime
You can make this right by reimbursing the monies you have taken from my bank account for a service not used.
My husband, Joseph and I have been very good customers of Amazon UK and US for approx. ** years.
