Wir freuen uns, bald von Ihnen zu h*ren.**Mit freundlichen Gr**en,**Anna* **Hat dies Ihr Problem gel*st? * Ja * Nein ** Nachricht melden ***…………….**So, I am sending my answer here:**Dear Anna**Thank you for your email.*They require additional ** euros as custom fees.*As you can see in the final page (last step) when I placed the order (no****-*******-*******) there was no any warning for additional costs of any kind.*Also, in the same page amazon appears as the final seller of the item and there no any indication that the seller is a third party.*I am an amazon customer for years (amazon.com) and I have chosen amazon.de this time because of the E.C market (no custom control).**In any case, the cited information is misleading and to my experience, it is the definition of fraud.*If this issue won*t be resolved wright away, I will report the case to amazon US and to Greek authorities responsible for the European commercial issues.**Regarding the order no****-*******-******* I did placed it by mistake in my effort to investigate why I am asking to pay additional costs for the first order.
