I have changed my payment card to prepaid Revolut master card which is registered in England. My home address is in Poland. I have signed up to Amazon Prime and payed using Revolut card. Next I have placed an order and payed *** EUR. After a few minutes my Amazon account was blocked and i got an email from Amazon stating that they need my card statment in order to confirm my address. I was suppose to send them the statment but they never send me any contact details so I can not contact them.
GetHuman-rkomuda did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (Germany) should do to make this right.
