We bought a Gardena R**LI, ****-** Lawn robot last year and * weeks ago it died. Since it was covered by warranty we contacted Amazon and was offered several resolution options. Since we invested time in the installation and replacement parts we chose simple replacement. Upon receipt of our request we were told to wait for * weeks because the model was not in stock. After * weeks we are being told that it is still not in stock and probably won't be for some time. Unfortunately we have seen that this model has been available for sometime. We want it replaced as promised.
GetHuman-jonesge did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (Germany) should do to make this right.
