In the confirmation email it said that I will receive my orders on monday **th of may but instead I have received the following email. *day,**We removed your access to this account because we were unable to verify your payment details. You will not be able to access your account or place any orders until we have confirmed your information.**To resolve this matter, please send the following information to our secure fax number:**- The copy of a current statement showing the account holder and the full account details.*- The name stored on your Amazon account as well as your telephone number and e-mail address.*-- The order number.**Our fax number can be found on the help page of Amazon.de:**www.amazon.de*fax**We will convert your fax into a secure electronic image. To protect your privacy, we restrict access to the payment information to a team of account professionals.**Our customer service team can see that we have sent this email. However, it can not see your fax or provide any further information about this matter.**You will receive an answer to your fax within ** hours.**If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can send us the bank statement by post to the following address:**Amazon.de GmbH*Department: Address Confirmation*In the business park D***D-***** Regensburg**We ask you not to open any new accounts as this may delay any new orders.****I am wondering what went wrong there because I have paid for my orders. Is it because my brother in law paid for it with hisbank account? In addition I can’t acces my amazon acount, I can’t see why... I have done everything correctly.... i would like to have an acces to my account and for my orders to be sent , please! If it is not possible then I would like you to refund my payment.
