I am extremely frustrated by the delivery I received amidst heavy rain. The delivery driver left three packages, one of them containing electrical equipment, behind the rubbish bins. The driver claimed that "she" asked him to leave them there. I am puzzled as to who this "she" is as I did not request any items to be placed near or behind the bins. It is completely unacceptable to leave cardboard boxes containing valuable items outside in the rain. This lack of common sense is truly upsetting.

Hello, I faced challenges reaching human customer service on Amazon. To resolve my issue with an undelivered case for my Nintendo Switch Lite, I tried contacting the seller but only received automated responses. The item was sent back to the seller by Royal Mail, and I used my Amazon Credit card to pay £10.99 for it. The seller has not reached out to me, and I am unsure of the item's whereabouts. I purchased three items this week - two chocolate game controllers for £8.95 each, a comical gin plaque for £3.99, and a box of Baileys chocolates for £12.49. I opted to cancel my order when I learned the items wouldn't arrive before Christmas. I'm still waiting for the refund and would appreciate it if you could expedite the process. I purchased an Amazon smart plug, but the tracking information shows that the delivery was canceled due to a shipping problem. The package is being returned, and I will receive a refund in 5 - 7 business days. Hello, this is Michael Harding from 33 Compton Court PO91DT. I recently noticed a charge on my bank account for Amazon Prime that I did not authorize. A payment of £7.99 was deducted, and I do not wish to use Amazon Prime Video. I mistakenly clicked on the app on my TV to explore the service, and it led to this unwanted charge. Although I cancelled a previous 30-day trial a while ago, I am unsure why this new charge has appeared on my account. Could someone please reach out to me regarding this matter? Thank you.

Several of my past orders were duplicated and charged to my account for €[redacted]. I had to close my account due to the inability to reach customer service to address the issue and stop the duplicate orders. I would like all the extra items to be collected by a courier and for the overcharge to be refunded to my account. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find any contact information to resolve this matter. I hope for assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I am concerned about a seller on Amazon who may not refund the £2,[redacted].99 I paid for a Mac Mini from Steady Comps Ltd. I received the computer on 19 December, and it didn't work with my monitor. Even more concerning was discovering it was used, not new, and had a 500GB SSD instead of the 1.5TB SSD I paid for. When I requested a refund, SC Ltd. suggested providing a DVI adapter and accused me of opting out of emails, which I didn't. Their response did not address my concerns, dismissing them as listed features. Despite their explanation about Apple not making Mac Minis with a 1.5TB internal drive, they continue to offer this specification on Amazon. Their responses have been dismissive and unhelpful.

A few weeks ago, I encountered issues accessing my Amazon and Amazon Kindle accounts, where I have two published books. Initially, I received an OTP code on my landline, but the calls ceased. I proceeded with two-step verification and submitted a file with my UK driving license as instructed. Despite receiving emails leading to the two-step verification, I have been unable to access my accounts for over a month, impacting my ability to make purchases. We purchased a Leapfrog Leapstart 3D which was clearly a previously used and returned item, missing the USB cable and with preloaded books on it. Our 6-year-old grandson, who has special needs, was devastated when it didn't function properly on Christmas day. Despite contacting support through Live Chat, we were informed there were no replacements available due to stock issues. We opted for a refund and managed to buy a new one in pink, which fortunately our grandson doesn't mind. This situation was truly upsetting for him and us, as it was the one thing he had wanted for Christmas. The error really spoiled our holiday. We hope you can prevent this from recurring for other customers.

I'm located in the United States and I purchased an Uber Eats UK gift card on Amazon UK for someone in London to receive via email. The delivery date was December 23, but the recipient hasn't received the email yet. The charge is on my credit card, and I received an email stating that it was delivered, although it hasn't reached the recipient. How can I resolve this problem?

I purchased a Kindle book for my husband (order no. D01-[redacted]-[redacted]). However, he received an email asking him to "accept and sign in." After signing in, he was prompted to "approve the notification sent to his mobile." He is using a Nokia mobile phone, and the message reads: "sign-in attempt from ABE, GB. Tap link to respond." The link appears at the top of the screen, but tapping it does not elicit a response. How can he proceed with this verification process successfully?

ORDER PLACED: December 18, [redacted], ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted]. When I click on "Track Package," it indicates that my package may be lost. Despite the potential for it to still arrive, a refund can be requested. Upon selecting "GET A REFUND," it prompts me to locate my parcel. The item I ordered is "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" [DVD] [[redacted]]. It mentions that deliveries can sometimes be delayed. If my parcel does not arrive by Monday, November 19, I am eligible for a refund or a replacement. I am inquiring about the significance of Monday, 19 Nov and proceeding to request a refund from Amazon.co.uk.

I recently received an email regarding a royalty payment from Kindle Direct Publishing. The payment has not been deposited into my Lloyds bank account as expected. I have previously received checks from Deutsch Bank. When I check the reports section, I can only see details for one book, but not for my previous book "My Patients and Me," which was published years ago and should not be considered a draft. Both books were published through Goldwind Publishing, who is currently working on my third book as well. My first book was associated with a Barclays Bank account, although no money was ever deposited there. I am willing to provide passwords or refer you to Goldwind for verification. I recently opened an account and utilized a $25 gift card from Christmas. The item I purchased exceeded the $25 balance by $1.48. To cover the difference, I used my boyfriend's credit card temporarily, as I am waiting for mine to arrive. After completing the payment, my account was placed on hold as they couldn't verify the ownership of the card, given that it belonged to my boyfriend. I provided the billing statement but still couldn't access my account. I simply want to close the current account. I intended to create a new one to add my credit card, given the current account is on hold. However, I can't proceed because my phone number is linked to the existing account.

Good afternoon, I placed an order with your company, but unfortunately, when it arrived, it was not the product I had originally requested. After contacting your customer service, they assured me that they would send me new return labels with free shipping, as the mistake was on your end. However, upon bringing the labels to the post office, I was informed that they were incorrect and I would need to pay €30 for shipping, which I declined since we had agreed on free return labels over the phone. I kindly request that you resend the correct, free return labels so I can send back the incorrect product and receive the one I originally ordered. Thank you for your assistance.
