Order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I bought two solar lights which worked well initially but stopped working after 48 hours. I tried to turn them on using the remote control without success. I would like to return them, but I am unable to access the return process through the smartphone link. Please provide me with a return order number via email.

I'm having trouble receiving the security code from Amazon on my mobile phone. This issue makes me create a new account whenever I log in. Today, I purchased a Kindle under one of these accounts, but I had to log off. Now, I can't access my account due to the phone problem. Is there a way for me to switch the mobile number to my home phone? I've attempted to do this, but I keep receiving security codes that I can't view.

I recently received a new Fire 7 tablet and encountered an issue with it. Despite entering my email address as [redacted], the tablet greeted me as Patricia Gray instead of Peter Gray. Subsequently, I received an email on my PC addressed to Patricia, regarding an access attempt. Upon following a link in the email, my access to the tablet was denied. When trying to reach customer service, I was prompted to provide a phone number ending in 92, which I do not have. This has left me unable to use the tablet. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Peter Gray.

I've been a customer for a decade with the same contact information and password. Recently, I faced issues with my password and was instructed to reset it. Following this advice, I called customer service and was told to create a new account instead. Despite my attempts over the past three days, I continue to receive codes that I enter as prompted. My Kindle and Amazon Prime account still function, indicating my current account is active. I urge you to resolve this quickly as my frustration has reached its limit, and I cannot dedicate more time to this issue.

Good afternoon, My name is Manuela Moguer from Spain. Can you help me, please? You have charged my bank card an amount of 8.98€ without me making any purchase or subscription. It is true that my 20-year-old son has made some purchases with my card on Amazon Spain. However, you have charged this amount which I kindly request you to refund. I invite you to verify that the charge is not justified and see that we have not made any purchases nor have you sent any product to my address. Please, verify it, and I will wait for you to contact me to provide any information that may help to resolve this error. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue and correcting this mistake. Regards,

I entered a £1 phone competition and was informed I won. When I proceeded with my card information, the final step required me to buy over £1,[redacted] worth of phones, which I do not need. I provided my card details for the £1 price, but now I'm concerned about potential unauthorized withdrawals from my account. Could this be a scam? Have I lost money from my bank account because of this?

Hello. I have recently placed orders from China through Amazon, and I am experiencing delays or lost items due to Covid-19. I believe my packages might be getting lost or stolen, rather than just being delayed because of the pandemic. Sellers blame the situation on the virus, but it seems fishy. I am offered refunds for the delayed items, but I worry what if the package shows up after I've received the refund? It could cause sellers to lose money. This experience has made me hesitant to shop internationally and prefer to stick with Prime sellers. I hope to prevent sellers from being unfairly affected by these issues. Thank you, Stella.

My parcel with tracking number QB[redacted] indicates it was delivered at 5:46 pm and handed to the resident, which is inaccurate as I was at work and no one else was home with me. I live alone, so I am unsure where the parcel could have been delivered as there are many flats nearby. The address is correctly listed in the system, so it's unclear how this mistake occurred. This situation has never happened to me before. I would like to find out where the parcel was delivered or request for the items to be resent. It is frustrating to have to potentially search through multiple flats for my parcel. The contents are valued at £23, and it is concerning that I have to hope someone will return the items if they were wrongly delivered.

I had an issue completing an online order yesterday, December 6th, but it was resolved through live chat. Today, December 7th, I checked the tracking information and found out that one of two items, chocolates for £10, is arriving today, while the second item, flowers for £20.99, is set to arrive between December 10th to 12th. Originally, the customer service agent indicated that both items could be delivered on December 10th, which is crucial as they are birthday gifts for a celebration on the 10th. I confirmed my Prime Membership status, and the agent instructed me to proceed with the order. I'm requesting confirmation and correction of the delivery dates to ensure that both items are delivered before or on December 10th. If the chocolates are already arriving today, I need assurance that the flowers will definitely arrive by the birthday date. Please verify and confirm the delivery date of the flowers for December 10th accurately as soon as possible.

Unauthorized payments have been debited from my Amazon account for Amazon (Luxembourg) Prime, ranging from 9€ to 10€+ since October [redacted], totaling over [redacted]€. I have attempted to resolve this with Amazon.fr and Amazon.uk, but they can't track these payments. They requested proof from my bank, but the email bounced back. I'm frustrated and want a refund and for this to cease immediately. Another 10.09€ payment was deducted on December 5th; the amount and doubling of the annual Prime fee seem suspicious, indicating my account may have been duplicated. Any assistance is appreciated. - D.A.

Some time back, I canceled my Amazon Prime membership over the phone. I raised a concern about unintentionally being re-enrolled after canceling. This issue has recurred, and I have been charged approximately £10 monthly for a service I no longer utilize. This situation is quite dissatisfying, and I am considering ending my patronage with Amazon. I used to be content with their services.

A few months ago, a list of money winners was published, and my name, Ernest Ridgway, was on it as winning £50,[redacted]. I followed the instructions provided by a company called Morgan Williams NCA, including buying an Amazon gift card for £[redacted] and sending them a photo for delivery payment through FedEx. Unfortunately, I have not received anything, and now I am struggling financially. Can you confirm if this was a scam and if I can receive compensation? I still have the activated voucher. Please assist me with this matter. Regards, Ernest Ridgway.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a charge on my Mother's, Mrs. J. Bissett, 94 years old, bank statement. There is a transaction from Amazon on 25 November [redacted] for 39.99 pounds with reference K*MY80Z9T14 (or K*MY80Z9TI4). She has not made any purchases from Amazon and is unfamiliar with the process. I kindly request that you look into this charge and process a refund accordingly. Thank you. Sincerely, B. Bissett

I need to return or exchange the items #[redacted]94 and #[redacted]12 I bought from Paul Jones Clothing. The sweater vest I ordered in size L is too small, and I need a larger size. Can I use a UPS store for the return since there was no label in the packages? I've contacted Paul Jones about it but haven't heard back yet regarding the exchange/return process. Thank you, Michael S.

I am having trouble signing in with my usual password. If this issue isn't fixed quickly, I will cancel my order and use a different online platform. I keep receiving texts instructing me to tap on a link which my phone doesn't support. Please resolve this matter via email. This has become frustrating, and I am losing patience.

I used my Debit Visa Card through my iPhone and computer, both connected to VPN services, to purchase a RAM upgrade for my computer. Recently, I also created a new Amazon account. However, when trying to verify my account, Amazon requested my banking details associated with the card I used for the purchase. I am uncomfortable providing this information. I reside in England and routinely shop online with eBay using the same VPN connections without any issues. Tonight, I encountered difficulties with Amazon's verification process. I am seeking alternative methods to verify my account without sharing my banking details as requested.

I purchased a PS5, a sought-after item that has been targeted by thieves lately. My delivery was supposed to arrive today but it's now delayed. I'm concerned about the safety of my package and would like to know when it will be delivered. It's important for me to receive it promptly to avoid any potential issues with theft at the depot.

I haven't received two items from Royal Mail on Saturday, December 5th, despite receiving messages stating that they were delivered at 11:04 a.m. One seller has agreed to replace the item, but the other seller is insisting that I contact Royal Mail myself. I do not believe this is the correct procedure, and I would like a refund instead. The item in question is the Denim aftershave that was purchased on December 2nd. Can you assist me with this issue, please?

I received my order yesterday, but unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The lady I spoke with didn't seem to understand my request, resulting in me receiving 2 pairs of chiropody scissors instead of the bottle lights I wanted. Despite the prompt delivery, I have no use for these scissors. I've been struggling to reach customer service, as the phone numbers provided are unhelpful and disconnect after a brief recorded message. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, and all I want is to return the items for a refund. Unfortunately, I can't print a return form as I don't have access to a printer. My reference order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. My email is [redacted]

Hello, I have encountered difficulties accessing my account. I received a security code via email, and then another code on my phone. Unfortunately, the phone I use is not Internet-enabled; it is a simple backup phone. Thus, I cannot input the code sent to me. I had no issues with entering the security code from my email to the online box.
