I am trying to log into my account and buy some firelighters as well as change a subscribe and save order. However, I seem to have * accounts (one, closed in **** by you for an unknown reason on *****@***.com) and another (on *****@***.com) which is active with you (though Virgin net no longer exists) but for which I have lost*forgotten the password (I am disabled and the carer for my paralysed wife - we are both pretty doddery!)). A long and helpful talk with your colleagues earlier this afternoon resulted in the advice to open a new account with a new email (*****@***.com) and then contact your change account team to ask for the virgin account details and orders to be transferred to the new btinternet account. However, I do not know how to open a new account. Can you help, please?
