Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted], I noticed in the tracking information that my order has been sent back to Amazon. After speaking with DPD, they mentioned they have not received the parcel, only a notification that it's in transit. Last Thursday, Amazon emailed me, mentioning the delivery would be within the next 24-48 hours, but it hasn't arrived yet. Hello, I am reviewing my credit card statement and have questions about some recent charges from your store: 1) £22.45: I am unsure what this charge is for. 2) There is a total of £52.11 that I need to pay. This amount includes purchases of vinyl gloves (which are delayed), Mr Muscle (received), and hand sanitizer (expected later this month). I also think this amount may involve flu masks, but the order was canceled by either you or the supplier. Although it does not appear on my order page, I assume I will still be charged for it as part of the £52.11 or possibly the £22.45 charge. Can you please provide clarification regarding these two amounts (£22.45 and £52.11)? Thank you.

Order No. [redacted]-[redacted] for Portal Mini was placed on 7/4/20, costing £78.99 with a delivery due on 12/4/20. However, my order shows it was delivered on Wed 8th and handed to a resident, but no deliveries took place at my address this week. Parcels are typically left on our side door step, which was not the case this time. The usual doorbell ring and wave from the driver did not occur. I've checked all potential delivery spots outside to no avail. This situation is unprecedented for me, as a dedicated Amazon UK customer since [redacted]. I first received a text notifying me of a delivery, but I couldn't respond right away. By the time I tried, another message said it was too late to deliver. A few minutes later, the doorbell rang, and I found a woman there requesting ID, which I don't have as I don't drive or possess a passport. She offered to ask a neighbor to confirm my identity. Due to health concerns and my age, I'm under lockdown for 12 weeks, unable to see family or friends, yet she wanted me to seek approval from a neighbor. I declined, feeling distressed as a nearly seventy-year-old in my nightwear, all for kitchen items - scissors, a knife, and a sharpener. I struggle with signing in as I can't see well and listening didn't work due to noise. Now, I'm writing this in tears, feeling very upset. On March 29, [redacted], my account got hacked, resulting in four unauthorized transactions. While I could cancel two transactions, the other two were for gift cards. Amazon Customer Services informed me that I needed to seek a refund from my credit card company for the gift cards. This has caused significant issues as I had to cancel my credit card. Recently, I received an email from Amazon UK stating that my account has been locked due to a dispute with my credit card company over the charges. The only way to unlock my account is for my credit card company to pay the charges. Unfortunately, I'm unable to contact customer services since I'm locked out of my account with no access to chat or phone support. Urgent assistance is needed to address this matter.

I purchased a bread making machine with order number [redacted]-[redacted] from Bartman Jakob. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to the wrong address. Despite notifying Amazon, the company promised to send another machine, but that never occurred. Recently, I received an email from Amazon stating they no longer work with the company. Consequently, I am without the bread machine, and £[redacted].41 has been debited from my account. I am finding it challenging to reach a resolution. I need to address an issue with my Amazon Prime free trial. Despite attempting to cancel before its end, I couldn't as my account showed no subscriptions to cancel. However, on 28/04/20, £10.56 was debited from my account for a Prime subscription I didn't authorize. Kindly refund this amount and ensure no unauthorized charges occur in the future. I'm extremely frustrated. I was anticipating a delivery today. Ten minutes ago, the buzzer rang in my apartment. I opened the door to let the courier in but couldn't find anyone. Checking my iPad, it claimed the order was handed to me, which is untrue. I'm upset as something similar happened before when the package was left in the reception area. This is unacceptable, especially from a large company like Amazon that doesn't provide a contact number. The order number is #202_[redacted]_[redacted] for Arrtx real brush pens priced at £29.99. I hope to hear back promptly.

I recently noticed a payment of £[redacted].15 to amzmktplaceamazon.co.amazo in my recent bank statement, even though I did not make any orders or provide my bank details to the seller. My bank confirmed that no payment was processed on April 24th, the date of the transaction shown on your site. This seems to be a scam, and it raises concerns about the security of my information on your site. I do not make frequent orders through Amazon, and as a single pensioner, losing nearly £[redacted] would be a significant loss for me. The courier allegedly attempted delivery on Saturday but claimed they were unable to leave the package in a secure location. Despite updating the delivery instructions, I have not received any follow-up on Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday regarding the new delivery schedule. I have received a Randox COVID-19 test kit from Amazon, but it did not include the return label necessary for courier collection of my sample for lab analysis. Despite contacting the NHS, ecourier, and Randox, no one could assist me. According to Randox, Amazon is responsible for including the return label with a reference number for courier booking. Randox mentioned that a batch of kits was sent out by Amazon without these labels. I am requesting Amazon to send me the necessary return label promptly so I can proceed with taking my test and returning it to the Randox Laboratory on time. I appreciate your help with this matter. Yesterday, on 12/5/[redacted], I had a live chat with Mohammed from Amazon regarding the issue I am experiencing with Hermes not delivering the parcels I purchased through Amazon. Mohammed assured me that he would pass on my phone number to the courier so they could call me when they reach the bottom of my lane for me to collect the parcel. It has been 3 days since Hermes failed to deliver my parcel, and I have not received any updates. I am concerned about the status of my delivery and would appreciate confirmation that everything is in order. Unlike other courier companies, Hermes is not delivering to my door, and I am disappointed with their service compared to other couriers. I am curious about Amazon's choice to use Hermes despite these issues. I hope to avoid any issues with my delivery and possible refunds. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I recently purchased a shark vacuum that was supposedly delivered on Monday, but I have not received it. Unfortunately, I am unable to login to my account because it is saying my password is incorrect. This situation has left me feeling upset as I am not very experienced with online shopping, and my prior purchases were limited to e-books because I struggle with using tablets and phones. When I contacted customer service via live chat yesterday, I was informed that I could choose between a refund or a replacement vacuum. I received a parcel at my address this afternoon from an Amazon employee. Contrary to the delivery note, my husband was not present to receive it. For future deliveries, I would prefer a knock on the door to ensure I am aware of the package and prevent it from being left unattended on my doorstep. On Saturday, May 16th, I received an email from Amazon regarding suspicious activity on my account. I clicked to confirm it wasn't me, but later got two more emails. The first informed me my email address was changed to [redacted], then the second said my phone number (07[redacted]88) was removed. I spoke to a representative via live chat and explained I couldn't reset my password as I was locked out. They promised a call within 1-2 minutes, which didn't happen. Later, they said I'd receive an email in 24-48 hours, but I never did. I can't access my Amazon account, Prime, or Alexa app. I'm worried about unauthorized access. My name is Jennifer MacDonald. I bought the Mcdear Cat Tree Scratching Post Sisal Plush Medium Height 95cm in Brown & Beige, but it arrived damaged and poorly made. After reaching out to the seller, I've faced delays in responses for 4 days. They eventually approved the return but did not provide a prepaid label. As a shielded household due to COVID-19 vulnerability, I'm concerned about the safety and stress of returning this defective item. I ordered an item in March with order number [redacted]-[redacted] and I have not received it yet. Today, on April 22nd, I received an email that seems to be from Amazon stating that the item is faulty and should not be used. The email includes information from the European rapid alert system for dangerous non-food products (Safety Gate) about a recall notification for the product. The affected product is a Haplws 4 Inch Angle Grinder Chain Disc Chainsaw Disc 22 Tooth Abrasive Cut Woodworking Carving Chain Plate Cutting Wood. The email advises not to use the product and to dispose of it. If the item was purchased for someone else, the email advises sharing this information with them. The email also provides a link to contact the seller for further assistance. Amazon expressed regret for any inconvenience and emphasized customer safety and satisfaction as their top priority.
