I wanted to report a suspicious phone call I received around 8 a.m. this morning. The call claimed to be from Amazon regarding money taken from my account. Upon checking the Amazon site, I discovered information about this scam. Although the call was a recorded message, I did press 1 on my landline to speak to a live person, but I was disconnected with a recorded goodbye message. Should I take any further action? Thank you.

I need assistance with returning a faulty item from my order placed on November 5th. The item broke upon first touch. I was given instructions to return it, but I cannot print the return label at a local Hermes point. Amazon suggested printing the label at the collection point using a device, which I do not have. I reached out to the sellers three times for an alternative method without receiving any replies. As a pensioner, I urgently need a way to return the item and a printable label from the sellers. The order was for Tension Rods Joseche 4-pack cupboard bars priced at £14.99. Thank you for your help.

I purchased curtains from Amazon (Harvey Williams), but they weren't what I had in mind. I requested to return them and received a label without prepaid postage. After waiting for the postage, I opted to pay for the return shipping with Collect Plus. The parcel was tracked with tracking number T8FB4GM and it was delivered on 2/12/[redacted]. I am hoping to receive my refund of £49.99 soon. Thank you.

I occasionally use Amazon as a guest on my son's account. Today, I received a phone call claiming to be from Amazon, stating that my Prime account would auto-renew for $39.99 (my son mentioned it should be $70.00). I suspected it was a scam and did not reply as instructed. When I tried to inform Amazon, I ended up with a resolver query (RES[redacted]). However, upon checking my Amazon account, I noticed a payment in process, even though there are no outstanding orders. This has left me uncertain about what is going on. W. B. I'm having trouble accessing my Amazon account as it's been a while since my last purchase. The OTP security code is being sent to my old mobile number, and I can't update it to my new one. I am experiencing issues with a misdelivered parcel, or potentially not delivered at all. Upon meeting the delivery person at the building entrance, I was informed that there was no delivery for my residence, Flat 3 Idaho building. Strangely, the parcel was marked as delivered to a neighbor named "Jake" only a minute prior. I do not know anyone by that name and spent 30 minutes checking with the concierge and all my neighbors, with no luck. Given this unreliable delivery service, I am inclined to request a full refund. Furthermore, I am considering canceling my Amazon credit card and Prime subscription, opting for eBay, which has shown more care in their delivery services.

I would like to express my gratitude to the manager of the Amazon facility in Newquay, Cornwall. Today, I had a delivery (after dark) and the gentleman who delivered it was extremely polite, charming, and helpful. As a disabled individual, I often face issues with delivery drivers leaving parcels at my property's gate without attempting to bring it to my door. This experience was refreshing, and the driver even went above and beyond by finding a missing parcel and bringing it to me. Though I didn't catch his name, he was Romanian. My spouse signed up for a one-month free trial of Amazon Prime. This morning at 9:30 a call came through from 0[redacted] claiming to be Amazon Prime, requesting our banking information to renew the account for £79. The caller turned pushy when we asked questions. We declined to provide any bank details. It's important for you to be aware of scammers using your company's name in this way.

Regarding my order number [redacted]-[redacted] placed on 28/11/[redacted] with Fix Preis, I had a fixed price of £[redacted].19 and a delivery window of 5th - 10th December. After contacting Fix Preis with some inquiries, their responses were prompt. However, I received an unexpected email from Amazon today notifying me that my order was canceled, and I would receive a refund in 5 - 7 days. This situation is disappointing. I made the purchase in good faith using my credit card, only to find out that the laptop model I wanted now costs £[redacted] due to the end of special Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. I feel let down by Fix Preis for accepting my order, payment, and then not delivering as promised after the sale events. To add to my frustration, I have to wait for the refund to be processed back to my card, preventing me from placing a new order promptly. This experience has left me quite angered.

Order # D01-[redacted]-[redacted] Hello, I work as a Social Care Worker at a mental health care home, and I am reaching out regarding one of our residents, Christopher Masterton. Christopher was unexpectedly billed £9.99 for an Amazon Music subscription on 1/12/19. He did not intend to sign up for Amazon Music and has not made use of the service. Christopher is currently not able to cover this expense. It would be greatly appreciated if you could process a refund for this amount to his account. We have already taken steps to cancel his subscription to prevent any further charges on his account after 22/12.

Order number: [redacted]-[redacted]. I purchased the Lynx Ice Chill trio that was supposed to be delivered by Hermes. They tried twice but faced external difficulties on the last attempt. Now, I have been advised to contact Amazon to proceed. Since I am in Spain and my sister is waiting for the package, I would like to cancel the order and receive a full refund to avoid inconveniencing her further.

My husband never signed up for Prime. It's been a challenge to reach a real person. There are so many phone numbers listed everywhere. We received a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon, but it turned out to be an outside number. We're frustrated and need to discuss this as loyal customers who shop and have a card. We hope someone from Amazon can reach out to us soon. Thank you.

I am currently being charged £7.95 per month by Amazon Prime on Amazon.co.uk. Upon checking, the charges are coming out of Douglas Beattie's credit card. I contacted Amazon.co.uk, but they indicated that only my wife has an account. My wife stopped her account last July. The only account I am aware of is my .es account, which is up to date and paid in full until next year. We are Doug and Fay Beattie, currently residing in Quesada, Spain, but originally from Scotland.

I'm having trouble accessing my account. I've made several calls and was assured a response within 24 hours, but nothing has happened. There has been unusual activity on my account with items added that I didn't order. No one has reached out to me about this issue. It's the third time this has happened in a year. I've changed my email address, payment method, and password, but I've been waiting for three weeks for this to be resolved.

I was expecting my Playstation 4 delivery on Sunday, December 1st. However, on Saturday night at 10:45 pm, I checked my emails and was surprised to see one stating that the PS4 had been delivered on Saturday and left with the resident. Not finding a note, I looked outside and found the console under my black bin lid. It was left there for almost 8 hours in freezing conditions, which is unacceptable as this is a Christmas gift for my daughter. I am extremely disappointed and would have anticipated better service from a company like Amazon.

Hello, I recently placed an order for several items, including a galaxy wall mural. However, I noticed that the mural is listed twice in my orders. When I attempted to cancel one, both orders were canceled. Currently, it shows that both are scheduled for delivery on Monday. I would appreciate clarification on whether I will receive one, two, or none at all. Can you please confirm that I have paid for and will be receiving just one galaxy mural? Thank you.

I need to file a complaint about my recent order. I purchased a pair of men's Vans, and I was informed by my neighbor that the package was left in the backyard, exposed for anyone to see. Fortunately, my neighbor retrieved it for me. I am upset that my packages are being left in an insecure location, especially given the rainy weather. I did not authorize this delivery method and am disappointed that this occurred without prior notice. Additionally, no delivery card was left. I kindly ask that you look into this matter with your shipping company. Thank you.

I purchased "[redacted]% real hair double weft extensions, and I believe it was falsely advertised. I took them to my friend, a hairdresser, to dye them properly. During the dyeing process, she shared her concerns that the hair might not be [redacted]% human hair, as it did not dye evenly and showed signs of being a mix of synthetic and human hair. Upon inspection, she found that only one section was double weft, contrary to the product description. I am disappointed with this purchase. I paid for human hair extensions that ended up resembling cheaper synthetic ones. I request a full refund due to the misrepresentation of the product. I am willing to return the extensions at your expense as they are unusable. Please respond regarding the refund process and if you require the extensions back. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact this seller for the past four days, but he hasn't been responsive. I received a faulty cardigan that looks nothing like the one shown on the website. After reaching out to Amazon for help, the seller promised to provide another solution, but I have not heard from him since. I now wish to request a refund for my order number [redacted]-[redacted], which was for a grey cardigan with a hole in it. Unfortunately, I am not sure how to take pictures as I am nearly 70 years old.
