On October 28th, the driver caused distress by banging on my windows, frightening my 6-month-old baby. He claimed to have been ringing the doorbell for 5 minutes, but as the house is large, knocking doesn't reach the back where I usually am. It's clear he didn't ring the doorbell, which does reach the back. My Amazon account states to leave parcels in the rear garden, and other delivery personnel have had no issues. This particular driver was disrespectful and ill-mannered towards me, despite my attempts to explain the situation politely.

I received a two-drawer filing cabinet on October 29th with Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]. Upon removing the packaging, I discovered that it was significantly damaged. I have taken photos of the damage, repackaged the item, and printed the Return Authorization Label. I am awaiting confirmation from Amazon regarding when a courier will collect the item. Thank you. Regards, Eddie.

I noticed that I have been charged for a subscription to Amazon Prime Video without ever signing up for it. On September 19th and October 19th, I was charged £3.99 each. Additionally, I have been charged for Amazon Prime on the 30th of each month beginning from August 30th, with each charge being £7.99. I would like some clarification on why these unauthorized charges are happening.

I recently received an email from Amazon notifying me about the delivery of my orders to my address, but they were actually not delivered as stated. The email mentioned that the items were placed in my shed, which is not the case. Unfortunately, this is not the first time as Amazon has mistakenly delivered six of my orders to the wrong address in the past eight weeks. Despite previous assurances from Amazon after lengthy phone conversations, this repeated error is unacceptable. My address is 7 Berkeley Close, not Avenue, as clearly indicated on my order details. I demand that Amazon resend my order to the correct address with free next-day delivery today and provide a full refund for the initial order expenses. Additionally, I expect a written apology assuring this will not happen again. This ongoing issue is disrespectful and unprofessional, and I am considering legal action. Please address this matter promptly and confirm the resolution. Thank you. - D.S.

I received an email from Amazon stating that my orders had been delivered to my address, but they were not there. Despite being home all day, the email mentioned they were put in my shed, which is untrue. It seems possible they were sent to the wrong address, as this has happened six times in the past few weeks. I have contacted Amazon about this issue, but the problem persists. I reside at * Berkeley Close, not Avenue, as clearly indicated in my order details. I am requesting for my orders (* ***-*******-******* and * ***-*******-*******) to be resent to the correct address on Saturday, October *nd, with free next-day delivery. Additionally, I am seeking a full refund for the initial order, a written apology, and assurance that this will not occur again. This repeated error is unacceptable, and I expect immediate resolution. Thank you. - D.S.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about the Amazon vouchers gifted to me by my former boss Adrian in [redacted]. He gave me a £70 voucher and potentially another one with an unknown amount. I may have used part of it previously, but I wish to verify the remaining balance. Could you please assist me in checking this? Thank you. Regards, J. Tuersley.

I placed an order on Amazon for an AOC Monitor with the order number [redacted]-[redacted]. The tracking ID is QB[redacted]. On Tuesday, October 22nd, the package was shipped, with delivery scheduled for Friday, October 25th. However, on the morning of the 25th, I received an email stating the delivery would be delayed until October 26th - 31st. Disappointed with the delay, I decided to cancel the delivery on Monday, October 28th after not receiving any further updates. I found it frustrating that the delivery progress and delays were not clearly explained, especially with only a generic tracking page. Other sellers offer more precise delivery windows. I also struggled to find courier details to inquire about the delivery status. Now, I am waiting for the package to be returned to Amazon for a refund and am unsure how long that process will take. Since the 21st of October, when I placed the order, Amazon and the courier have been responsible for the package, which I never received.

Dear Team, I am writing to share the details regarding The Gestalt Journal Press's disagreement with Profile Books, now owned by Souvenir Press. It appears that my emails have not been reviewed by your department. Despite KDP's usual assistance, The Gestalt Journal Press is facing challenges and feels presumed guilty. This situation has led me to seek legal advice. I kindly request the removal of the ProfileBooks/Souvenir Press new edition from your website and the reinstatement of our edition that was inexplicably removed from sale on Amazon UK. Our edition, Gestalt Therapy: Excitement and Growth in the Human Personality by Perls Hefferline and Goodman, holds the exclusive English language rights worldwide through a valid copyright contract with the authors. The ISBN for our edition is [redacted]. The book causing the conflict is the Profile Books/Souvenir Press edition with the ISBN [redacted] on Amazon UK, which was last published in [redacted]. They lack a contract with the author and are infringing on multiple international copyright laws. I am willing to provide supporting documents including our contract with the authors, a letter addressed to Profile Books, and The Gestalt Journal Press's corporate filing documents. Your prompt attention to this matter is requested for the benefit of the authors, their descendants, students, and The Gestalt Journal Press. Best regards, Molly Rawle, M.S.W. I have been plagued with daily calls for the past two weeks regarding charges to my account for Amazon Prime. Being a shift worker, the 8 am calls are extremely disruptive. I do not have an Amazon Prime account. Despite speaking with a representative who acknowledged the account is linked to a previous resident, my requests to remove my number were met with being hung up on. This individual has a separate account at a different address without Prime. I want my number, 01[redacted]26, removed immediately. Any further calls will lead to a complaint to OFCOM. Providing my email does not authorize cold calls or promotional emails from Amazon.

Today, on 6 Nov [redacted], I received a phone call from a woman claiming to be from Amazon, asking about my account. I couldn't recall having an account, so I requested information in writing about the charges and expressed my desire to close the account. The woman insisted it needed to be done online with an ID. Due to the unexpected call and the language barrier, the call ended abruptly. Shortly after, a male caller named Jason called back, guiding me to a webpage to close the account and promising a refund. I am suspicious of this interaction and suspect it is a scam. I traced the last call back to the number [redacted]4 at 14:07.

In September, my account was hacked, and after contacting customer service, I was told someone would call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. As a result, I had to cancel my bank cards. I am having trouble logging into Amazon and dealing with the multiple codes that don't work. I cannot find a way to contact anyone via email for assistance, which is frustrating. I am disappointed with the current level of service as I have been a loyal Amazon customer for a long time. I am considering closing my account and switching to another company. I just need some assurance that my account is secure, although I can't even access it at the moment. I hope to hear back from you, but I'm not very hopeful at this point.

Subject: Copyright Dispute with Profile Books (now Souvenir Press) I am writing to provide you with documentation regarding The Gestalt Journal Press's copyright dispute with Profile Books, now under Souvenir Press ownership. It appears that there may have been a miscommunication as I have not received a response to my previous emails. Despite KDP's usual cooperation, we are facing challenges with this particular situation and feel unjustly treated. We have been compelled to seek legal counsel. I am formally requesting the removal of the new edition of Gestalt Therapy: Excitement and Growth in the Human Personality by Perls, Hefferline, and Goodman, published by Profile Books*Souvenir Press, from your website. We require the restoration of our edition, which you inexplicably removed from sale on Amazon UK. Our edition holds the exclusive English language rights globally via a valid contract with the authors. We urge you to prioritize this matter and take appropriate action promptly. We have the necessary documents, including the contract with the authors, a letter to Profile Books addressing the issue, and The Gestalt Journal Press corporate filing. Should you require further information, please let us know. I also wish to address a recent infringement complaint against The Gestalt Journal Press by Profile*Souvenir Books, resulting in our book being removed from Amazon UK. This action is gravely unfair and warrants your intervention to restore our book on the platform. Kindly reconsider this decision or grant us an extension, as resolving a copyright dispute typically involves legal proceedings, which cannot be accomplished within the imposed timeframe. Your cooperation in rectifying this matter is essential. Sincerely, Molly Rawle, M.S.W. Publisher & CEO The Gestalt Journal Press [redacted] Pond Road Gouldsboro, ME [redacted]

I was charged £7.99 on August 29th, [redacted] for Amazon Prime*MOoHO32W4 on Amazon.co.uk/pmLUX. I am frustrated as this has happened before and I was refunded £13+ to my credit card last year for unauthorized music purchased through my Amazon Eco. I no longer use it after last year's error. As a 67-year-old pensioner, I really would appreciate it if you could promptly reimburse my NatWest account and ensure my credit card details are removed after. Thank you for your immediate assistance. Tricia Chiocchi

I purchased a glass toaster three months ago, and I have contacted the seller twice. Initially, the seller mentioned the guarantee was only for 30 days. Following Amazon's advice, I reached out to the seller again, and now I am being advised to request a refund from you. This situation is causing me stress as I have a mental disability. Could you please refund the amount to my account using my email [redacted]? Alternatively, could you provide a return label via post? I am in care and unable to visit the post office. I prefer this method as I am not familiar with the codes. I appreciate your help. I have been dealing with this issue for three and a half weeks now. Thank you for your assistance. Mr. G. I returned an EPSON battery via the Post Office on October 24th and have proof of receipt. Since Hermes collection wasn't an option, I used a regular label to address it to AMAZON RETURNS. Despite multiple attempts to contact Customer Service, there has been no acknowledgment. The deadline for Amazon's return is November 24th. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter and provide a report. Thank you.

I placed an order on the 11th of November with the Prime service. I contacted Customer Service to inquire about its status, but they couldn't reach the carrier. I wanted to track my order, not cancel it. I then tried contacting Beast Gear on Amazon, but they just redirected me back to Amazon. Both sides are giving me conflicting information. To make matters worse, since I made the purchase, Beast Gear increased the item's price by 66%. I've had to spend a lot of time chasing this myself, and it's disappointing service. I hope this situation can be reviewed and resolved promptly. Thank you, Philip.

I purchased a faulty item from Amazon and was instructed to return it using a pre-paid label from MyHermes. The parcel got lost, and now I've been informed that if Amazon doesn't receive it by the 19th, I might not get my refund. I had no control over the lost parcel, so I'm reaching out here for advice.

Last Friday, I received the complete series of "Justified" DVDs. However, upon opening the package, I discovered that the first disc had been replaced with a duplicate of the second disc. I promptly returned them to Amazon the next day, incurring postage costs of 15.20 euros. I ordered a replacement set, but today when they arrived, the outer packaging was significantly damaged. The DVD packaging was torn, and two out of the six DVD cases were broken. I have documented the condition with photographs. Now, Amazon is requesting that I return yet another set of DVDs, which will likely cost me more due to the unusable packaging. I feel frustrated as an elderly shopper to have to repeatedly pay for postage and deal with damaged items that are not my fault. I hope to receive an undamaged set of the "Justified" series without further inconvenience or expense.

My account was hacked, resulting in fraudulent purchase orders made without my knowledge. I only found out when the orders were delivered, and my bank account was drained by the payments processed through PayPal. Amazon is making it challenging to process refunds since I can no longer access my Amazon account or the linked email due to the identity theft/fraudulent activity. This situation is currently under police investigation.
