Subject: Issue with Amazon Music Promotion Code Hello, I recently received a 90-day free promotion code for Amazon Music in the mail. Regrettably, I unintentionally agreed to join Amazon Music when asked by Alexa a week ago. I have since cancelled my 30-day trial, but when I tried to use the 90-day promo code, it was marked as invalid by the system. Hello, I'm Lydia Marshall, and I self-published my book 'Purpose' with Amazon KDP last November. I've encountered a frustrating issue as I have not yet received any of my royalties this year. Despite being told by your team that they've traced the payments and providing me with a code, when I tried to use it at Halifax, it was not recognized. It seems like KDP is withholding my rightfully earned money. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to escalate it further. All my account details are accurate, with the only variation being the name. On KDP, I'm listed as 'Lydia Marshall,' while my Halifax account shows 'Lydia Marie Marshall.' Hello, I need to address an issue regarding a DSP. I participated in a training course on the 7th and 8th of October in Maidstone. The DSP asked me to allow two other course participants with poor English skills to copy my answers in the tests. I complied at the time, but I now realize it was wrong. I have chosen not to go to work today because I no longer wish to work for that DSP. I sent back an item via post on 21/09. I am waiting for a refund or a reply from Electroworld on the return, but have not received any updates. I recently received the scooter I ordered and upon opening the package, I was shocked to see the state of the box. It appeared as though it had been severely damaged, possibly crushed and mishandled. This is disappointing as the scooter was intended as a gift for my niece, and the presentation is important. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and I urge the seller to address this matter promptly. The outer box was intact, so it seems the damage was known prior to shipping, adding to my frustration. Please contact me via email at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue.

I recently received my credit card statement and was surprised to see a charge for Amazon Prime. I had received an email about this service, which I deleted as I was not interested. It is concerning to be billed for something I did not authorize. I have contacted my credit card company regarding this matter and kindly request a refund of the £7.99 charge.

I recently noticed a charge on my Visa card from "Amazon Prime*Ma0ea32u4" for £7.99. There was a similar charge on August 19th, but no previous ones. Although I checked my Amazon account around that time to purchase ink cartridges, I did not make any purchases. I have never used Amazon Prime and have not accessed that platform. When I tried to log into my Amazon account, I encountered a message asking for authentication and a One Time Password (OTP) via email. I refrained from proceeding due to suspicions about my account security. I do not intend to subscribe to Amazon Prime and seek clarification regarding these charges on my Visa account. Order: [redacted]-[redacted] I have noticed some discrepancies in your product description on Amazon. Firstly, the Amazon listing claims the product is non-flammable, but the labeling on the product itself indicates it is highly flammable. Secondly, there is no mention on Amazon of the product being hazardous, despite the can displaying the word "Danger." Lastly, I bought the product based on the claim that it is suitable for click system flooring with visible grooves, particularly for Khars click system engineered oak floating floor. However, after testing it, I found that the product does not work as expected and leaves a white stain on the wood even after wiping off the excess.

I recently discovered that the Amazon seller “463Opher” is using my personal photos and designs from my Etsy shop, Everest + Gray, without permission. This seller has taken images and designs from multiple Etsy shops, including mine, and is continuing to operate on Amazon even after copyright infringement complaints were filed. I have provided evidence of the infringement to Amazon, but the seller has not removed my listings. I will be providing Amazon with all the evidence again as this shop has copied over [redacted] of my listings. It is crucial that this shop is shut down. I intend to contact Etsy about this issue and expect Amazon to take action. I urgently need to discuss this matter with a representative. I have already reached out to Amazon U.S. via phone.

Due to poor phone signal, we were unable to get timely notification that a parcel was being left outside our home. We do not have a porch, so it must be visible from the road. Although we're not sure when the text was sent, we promptly replied asking for the parcel not to be left there. Unfortunately, our response was delayed, and we received a message saying the text had expired. We are concerned about the safety of the package left in our driveway and are hoping a neighbor can assist. It seems the unexpected parcel might be a birthday gift for our children from someone else. This situation is disappointing as we raised concerns about parcels being left outside recently.

I purchased the Multi Meter [redacted] on Amazon. I ordered it on August 16th and returned it on September 13th, resulting in a refund. However, I recently received an email asking for the return of the item, even though I already returned it. Initially, I was only provided with one return label which I used for the meter. Later, I received a refund of £7.99 for the case of the meter, which I did not return because I upgraded to a better meter from Amazon. It seems there was confusion at the depot, possibly mistaking the meter for the case. When the refund for the case was issued, it was for €7.99, but I did not send back the case. I have tried contacting customer service through live chat, UK phone number, and requesting a callback, but have had no success. This link is my latest attempt to reach out.

As a long-time Amazon customer, I have faced increasing password prompts and verification requests in my account. Despite trying different email addresses to address this, even my account ended up being blocked without any communication. Three months ago, I called Amazon.co.uk to restore my account and reset my password, but the issue persists. This repeated verification process is frustrating, and I am contemplating switching back to using eBay due to its smoother experience. I have never encountered such constant authentication demands with them, allowing me to shop seamlessly across different stores without unnecessary disruptions.

I recently received a phone call from a person claiming to be from Amazon Prime, stating that £39.99 had been withdrawn from my bank account. When I inquired about the payment, the response was unclear. I was directed to an Amazon refund page to reclaim the money after expressing my desire to close the account. Mistakenly, I entered £[redacted] instead of £39.99 as the refund amount. The caller then requested payment of the alleged balance of £[redacted] via Western Union. No funds were actually withdrawn from my account. After providing my card details and security information, I grew suspicious. The caller identified himself as Martin Renfold with Amazon reference number D690555 and provided a number to contact the accounts department. I have since canceled my bank card. I purchased three lavender candles from RF Impex Ltd, but I have only received one so far. Despite numerous email exchanges with the seller, where they initially promised to send the missing candles on 21/10/19 and then later asked for my address, the situation remains unresolved. They have now requested me to update my feedback before they will fulfill their promise, which I find unfair given the circumstances. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the seller in a feedback email, and instead of addressing my concerns, they insist I revise the feedback before sending the remaining candles. This back and forth has left me frustrated, especially considering the seller's attitude and behavior throughout this process. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue as the seller's actions have been disappointing.

My email account [redacted] has been hacked by someone claiming to be Esquamo Simpinno. This individual has altered my account details, preventing me from accessing my account and changing my password. I'm unable to receive the OTCs necessary to reset my password via email or on my mobile phone. Additionally, Amazon has disconnected my Kindle, resulting in the loss of my extensive library of books and music due to unauthorized charges made by the hacker on my credit card. Amazon has refunded some of the fraudulent transactions but suggests contacting my email service provider, who states that there are no emails coming through from Amazon. I've created a new account but am unable to link my mobile number because it's associated with my hacked account. Attempts to contact Amazon for assistance have proved unsuccessful as their helplines are not providing the support needed.

My email account [redacted] has been hacked by someone who goes by the name Esquamo Simpinno. The suspicious name suggests hacking activities. I am unable to access my account as the details have been altered, and I do not receive the One-Time Codes (OTCs) via email or mobile phone when trying to reset my password. This has caused my Kindle to be disconnected by Amazon, resulting in the loss of around [redacted] books and music purchases. The hacker used my account to make unauthorized purchases, which were refunded by Amazon. When contacting Amazon, they advise me to check with my email service provider, who claims I am not receiving any emails from Amazon. Unfortunately, my mobile phone does not receive Amazon messages either. I have created a new account but cannot link my mobile number as it is associated with the hacked account. Amazon is unable to delete the hacked account since I am not Esquamo Simpinno. I need assistance in transferring my book and music purchases to my new account and then deleting the compromised one. Communication with Amazon's helplines has been unproductive, making it challenging to resolve this situation.

Hello, we need assistance. Our small business provided blind fitting services for KDM Shop Fitters at the Milton Keynes depot. We sent over an invoice on 11th July, and payment was expected by 5th September. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, we have not yet received payment, causing significant difficulties as we had to settle our own suppliers' invoices.
