Help with my Amazon UK issue
The issue in GetHuman-ckenbob's own words
I have had a payment taken out of my Visa Debit account,a card payment for Amazon Prime*m*****x** AM *.**GBP on **th June,I had ordered and paid for an article for goods which I have subsequently received.I have no account or password in which to cancel such an account and all telephone numbers seem to be invalid

GetHuman-ckenbob did not yet indicate what Amazon UK should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-ckenbob fixed the problem
I contacted Trading Standards, they answered immediately, apparently if you pay extra for next day delivery you are automatically signed up for Prime etc! You have to go into my account, even though you didn't create one* click on forgotten my password, follow the instructions. when your password has been changed and yo are into the account, look down the list on the left hand side of your screen and choose cancel my membership. once you reach this point is is very easy to complete, but take you time and check twice before you click anything as there are three choices, so make sure you click cancel and confirm cancel each time. I had an immediate reaction of a blue tick save cancellation complete and about an hour later I received an emal From Amazon which confirm my cancellation. All done and dusted. May I offer our thanks to you for your help and assistance. kind reagrds.
