Incorrect password 4. Click forgot password 5. Re-enter email 6. Complete anti-automation challenge 7. Submit OTP from email 8. Provide CC expiry date 9. Receive error message directing to the home page After contacting support, I was informed that my account is being handled by the fraud/accounts department, but no further contact was made. I attempted to log in again but faced the same issue. I am eager for a resolution.

I am currently in France. My bank account is in the UK, where I am a citizen. I use a French mobile number. I am having difficulty with Amazon's two-step authentication using Google Authenticator. Even though I enter the code from Google, it still asks for a second phone number. Unfortunately, my daughter is traveling and cannot be reached, so I do not have another phone to receive the second code. How can I proceed in this situation?

Last year, my wife, Mrs. H Wheatley, made a purchase during our visit to the UK. There seems to be a recurring issue with Amazon Prime charges being taken from her UK bank account without authorization. After contacting customer service previously, the payments were canceled and refunded. However, these unauthorized charges have occurred again with her recent purchase of a hair styler. The charges for Amazon Prime are as follows: - 28/5/19, ref MN221, £0.99 - 3/6/19, ref MN40G, £7.99 - 1/7/19, ref M67HG, £7.99 I kindly request for these charges to be canceled and refunded. This repeated issue is concerning and makes us hesitant to make future purchases. I currently reside in Israel and can make toll-free calls to UK landlines. Please provide a suitable contact number as calling the [redacted] number would incur substantial charges. My telephone number is +[redacted]02.

I placed two orders on Amazon.co.uk on 05/06/[redacted]. The first order, Ord. No. [redacted]-[redacted], was for "The Whales of August," and the second order, Ord. No. [redacted]-[redacted], was for the complete series of "Three Men in a Boat." I have received the DVD for "The Whales of August," but I have not yet received the DVDs for the complete series of "Three Men in a Boat." When I checked my orders on Amazon.co.uk, it showed that both orders have been delayed, and they are being followed up with the carrier. However, I also received an email asking for my feedback on the DVDs I have not received yet. I find this situation confusing, and I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken to ensure the prompt delivery of the DVDs to my address. Thank you, P. Rajagopalan from Bangalore.

Subject: Request for Raffle Prize I am reaching out regarding the Army Medical Services (AMS) Past and Present Dinner scheduled for 31 August [redacted]. This event is a significant annual gathering that unites Soldiers and Veterans of the AMS to commemorate their commitments. It serves as a platform for members to reconnect, share stories, and honor their dedicated service, particularly this year as we mark the 75th Anniversary of D 'Day. The AMS plays a crucial role in providing healthcare services for the Armed Forces and their families, often in challenging circumstances. Our soldiers and Veterans demonstrate extraordinary courage, as some participate in events like the Warrior Games and the upcoming Invictus Games. I am humbly requesting if Amazon would consider contributing a prize or sponsoring the dinner to support our Veterans and Chelsea pensioners attending this special occasion. Your support would greatly help in subsidizing the cost of this event. Looking forward to your positive response. Best regards, MKS

Dear Costco, I am currently involved in organizing the Army Medical Services (AMS) Past and Present Dinner scheduled for 31 August [redacted]. This annual event brings together Soldiers and Veterans of the AMS to honor their service and sacrifices. This year marks the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. The AMS supports the Armed Forces and their families with healthcare in various circumstances. It is a privilege to witness the courage and dedication of our soldiers and Veterans, especially as they participate in events like the Warrior Games and prepare for the Invictus Games. I am reaching out to inquire whether Costco would be interested in contributing a raffle prize or sponsoring our dinner to help cover the costs associated with inviting Veterans and Chelsea pensioners to attend this significant event. I hope to receive a positive response from you soon. Best regards, Martin Kemble-Stephenson

I received my Paperwhite reader on June 15th. Unfortunately, it has completely stopped working and is unusable. I have not been satisfied with this model because it is inferior to my Kindle Fire. It is too small, not user-friendly, and lacks internet access, which was not clearly mentioned in the product specifications. I would prefer to return the Paperwhite and receive a full refund so that I can update my current unit.

Hello, I recently made a purchase on Amazon.com, and although the package was available for collection since 30.06, I was on vacation and only picked it up three days ago. Upon receiving the Healthy Hair Comb Olivia Garden, I was not satisfied with the product and would like to return it for a full refund. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the password for my account. After multiple failed attempts to sign in, my access has been blocked. To proceed with the return, I need assistance in resetting my account password so I can log in and initiate the return process promptly. Thank you for your help in resetting my password.

Order number [redacted]-[redacted] involved a chain saw purchased from the Italian seller "Duidagrigarden." Approximately six weeks ago, the saw's brake malfunctioned and had to be repaired at a Husqvarna approved outlet. Living in Southwest England made it challenging to find a nearby approved outlet. Communication with Duidagrigarden has been difficult due to their unconventional English. It appears that the seller may be avoiding responsibility by selling discontinued saw models without disclosing this information on their Amazon page. When discussing the issue three weeks ago with an Amazon representative, it was agreed that the seller should cover the costs of the repair since it occurred shortly after receiving the saw and fell within the guarantee period.

Dear Amazon, I purchased a lighted makeup mirror with the order number BEQOOL-EU in April [redacted]. Unfortunately, after just two months, the charger stopped working. I continued using the mirror by constantly replacing the batteries until the battery compartment recently broke. A wire fell out, rendering the mirror unusable. I am disappointed that after paying £25.00 for this product, it broke so easily within a year. I was considering buying another, but a friend suggested I reach out to you first. I believe the product should have lasted longer before showing signs of damage. My friend has the same mirror which is still working perfectly after having it for a longer period of time. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this issue. Thank you, Sally H.

I purchased a 100ft Magic Hose in February to water my garden. I started using it in May and found it lightweight and easy to manage, which was great for me as an 82-year-old with limited mobility. However, I followed the manufacturer's instructions and was disappointed when the hose burst yesterday. Now I am left without a hose for the hot weather. I paid £18.99 for it, and I believe it should have lasted longer than this. I have not received any information from the seller regarding this issue. Can someone please assist me?

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to a message from Amazon instructing me to call their UK-specific number for assistance. Unfortunately, as I reside outside the UK, I was unable to reach them through this number. This limitation presents a challenge for not only international users like myself but also for UK customers who are abroad and encounter security issues. It seems there are only localized Amazon websites worldwide, without a specific one for my country. The inability to contact Amazon UK without logging into my account is a significant drawback. UPDATE - I managed to find an alternate customer service number for Amazon UK, which seems promising. I will try reaching out during office hours to resolve my login problem.

I am currently awaiting a delivery for an order placed on the 28th of April. After speaking with a customer service representative on Monday, July 8th, due to the prolonged delay in delivery, they waived the delivery charge and assured me the delivery would arrive on Friday, July 12th. However, upon checking the Amazon website for tracking updates, I was disappointed to see the message stating the order has not yet been dispatched and they are unable to provide a delivery estimate. My attempts to reach out via phone using the number I previously used on July 8th resulted in a recorded message stating the number is no longer in service, directing me to the Amazon website for contact information, which provided the same outdated number. This current situation with my order is quite frustrating, given the 11-week wait. I expect Amazon to promptly contact me today, July 12th, to address this issue. For immediate contact, my phone numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Sincerely, C. Speakman

I have been trying to address the issue with Prime Video. They have been charging me £7.99 every month without my authorization. Despite my repeated requests through email, they only responded yesterday. Now, I am receiving irrelevant messages pushing me to buy additional items. It seems challenging to get support to resolve this matter. Another £7.99 has been deducted from my account. The [redacted] number they provided is out of service. I need to speak with someone who can assist. My phone number is 01[redacted]97. I am looking forward to your prompt reply. Thank you.

Hello, I am in the process of editing my autobiography for submission to the British Writers' Competition for [redacted]. I am seeking your approval to feature some of your book covers in my autobiography. This would enhance my storytelling by showcasing my experiences and also serve as promotion for your books. Below each book cover, I will include a message encouraging readers to purchase these books from Amazon for more details. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - Ionie Bonnie

I was recently charged for Amazon Prime, even though I never had a Prime membership. In November, I attempted to sign up for a free trial, but due to entering incorrect card details, the trial was not processed. I ultimately decided not to pursue it further due to the hassle. To my surprise, I noticed the charge on today's transactions. I have tried contacting customer service, but have only been able to reach the American line. They were unable to locate any transactions under my account and suggested it might be due to my UK membership. Could someone provide me with a contact number for UK customer service? Thank you.

Subject: Reckless Driving Incident Report – 12th July [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, On the evening of 12th July [redacted], at around 7:15 pm, while driving on the M1 North between Milton Keynes and the Northampton junction (junction 15), I encountered a concerning incident involving one of your drivers. The vehicle in question was identified as PO67 UMJ, with the trailer marked as VS420813. Within a designated roadworks area with a 50mph speed restriction, I was obeying the speed limit and driving in lane 2 when the driver of your 40’ artic, approached from behind. Displaying aggressive behavior by flashing lights and honking, the driver proceeded to undertake me, swerving between lanes 1 and 2 erratically. This reckless driving not only endangered others but also demonstrated a lack of regard for safety and respect for fellow road users. The absence of identifying markings on the vehicle suggests it belonging to your fleet. As frequent road users covering extensive annual mileage, my spouse, and I were appalled by this dangerous display of driving skills. Such conduct is unbecoming of a representative associated with Amazon, warranting corrective action to prevent future incidents. Awaiting your prompt attention to this matter. Best regards, D. Bacon

I shipped back a parcel with ORDER #[redacted]-[redacted] on June 27th at a Hermes ParcelShop, but it appears to be lost now. I received three emails from [redacted] stating that my bank declined payment. I'm uncertain if these are legitimate or phishing attempts. The orders are authentic, but they don't reflect on my card statement, even though I got the items. The emails requested confirmation of the last two digits of my card to process the payments. This has left me feeling uneasy. For your information, I'm currently locked out of my account. Thank you.

On May 7th, I received an email stating that I had returned an Amazon Echo (Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted]) and would be receiving a refund. Since I didn't make this purchase, I assumed it was an error but didn't see any refund in my bank account. On July 6th, Amazon notified me that £89.99 was wrongly charged for the Echo and advised me to contact my bank for a refund, which confused me as Amazon should handle this directly. I emailed Amazon requesting a direct refund but received no response. On July 7th, I contacted NatWest for guidance, and their representative stated that it's Amazon's responsibility to resolve the issue, not the bank's. Despite emailing Amazon again on July 10th explaining everything, I haven't received a reply to either of my messages.
