On Monday **th May at *.** I ordered a Futura * Slice Russell Hobbs Roaster.*I also ordered a ***** * Slice Russell Hobbs Toaster at *.**. I realised I had ordered two toasters by mistake so cancelled both these orders.*On Tuesday **st I ordered a Futura * Slice Russell Hobbs Toaster This arrived today (Wed **nd May)* *On Checking my bank account I see that £**.** was taken by Amazon on TYuesday **st May, But the advertised price of the Futura * slice Russell Hobbs Toaster is £**.**. I think you owe me £*.**!**I also see I have been enrolled in your prime. I haveno use for this service and wish to be taken off the list of subscribers.

I spoke direct to Amazon on their dedicated phone line (£*.** per minute! * connection charges * it doesn't exactly encourage customers to complain via the phone!!!)**I listed all the problems and the phone operator said that the charges that had been made would all be fefunded and I would alos be taken off the Prime list of subscribers as I had requested.
