I've made an order which I put a different billing address to the card that is registered which belongs to my mum which she was fully aware of my use. My account has been blocked and as requested I have sent the registered billing address the registered phone number and the name o.n the card the original delivery date for the main part of my order was today this has been on going for * days now and I have heard nothing in response. I love in Mallorca and the goods do not ship here so I have had to have them sent to the UK and then my mum is to send them on seperate. I have ordered a double pram which in * weeks I will need and with this **** up I am now worried it will not arrive to the UK in time for it to make it here I would appreciate a speedy response if possible there are three seperate orders in which this problem is tied too the first is Order ****-*******-******* the second is Order ****-*******-******* and the third is *Order ****-*******-******* they where all placed on May **th
GetHuman-sjbblack did not yet indicate what Amazon UK should do to make this right.
