I have still not received my item made online in which I received email stating merchant id and amazon pay id but not a confirmation from the website I bought from. I have reference from my bank statement showing it being taken out. I have been waiting since **th July. I wish for full refund as this is a joke! Ideally should not of been waiting longer than a week. My child has behavioural issues and autism and needs to be taken out when I have the time due to my job also. I cannot take him out if my delivery was not here when supposed to be. (Pram) this has caused too much stress within the family home and is not fair on my * year old mentally!

GetHuman5129537 did not yet indicate what Amazon Payments should do to make this right.
