I brought an iPad Air via amazon but from a third party seller on the **rd November **** I have amazon prime so my item should have been with me the next day on **th but no iPad came. I received an email from amazon informing me that the iPad was running late but would be with me on the **th. The **th came and went and still I received no iPad. **So I called amazon to find out where it was they told that they didn’t know as it item was lost buy Amazon Logistics with no explanation at all which I found very odd as I ordered a cheaper priced amazon fire tablet at the same time as the higher priced iPad Air both on prime and the amazon fire tablet got here but the iPad Air didn’t this is very confusing to me but then I thought about it and came to the realisation that o didn’t request for these item to be sent in amazon packaging so both items were sent with all branding showing which makes me question if it is missing at all or if it has actually been stolen which is exactly what I feel has happened and no one has tried to prove otherwise to me. **I have had to now go through the refund process and the iPad has gone up £** in that time which I have had to call amazon and fight for them to give the extra £** in gift vouchers so that I am not other of pocket the refund is yet to reach my bank account and my worry now is that the replacement iPad that I order has to come back through you at Amazon Logistics and I have no confidence that this one won’t go missing as well. *How can you at Amazon Logistics make sure that this doesn’t happen to my item or anyone else item ever again especially in the run up to Christmas. **Kind Regards *Ms Ebony-Hope Caesar
