I just noticed a monthly charge of €5.99 for Amazon Prime on my bank statement. I wasn't aware I had a Prime subscription. According to the Dutch Amazon, it must be from the German one. I can't reach the German Amazon customer service. I don't want this subscription! I didn't agree to monthly payments after a one-time purchase! Please help me resolve this. Thanks, M.v.H. Hello and Happy New Year, I have an issue with a DHL delivery: Ordered item on Saturday, December 26, [redacted]. Shipped with DHL on Sunday, December 27, with tracking number JVGL[redacted][redacted]0. On Monday, December 28, at 14:20, the shipment left the distribution center. On Tuesday, I was informed that the delivery left the shipping center and is on its way. "Unfortunately, DHL had an issue with delivering your package. Another delivery attempt will be made." After that, silence. Neither on Monday nor Tuesday did anyone from DHL ring my doorbell (except a family member, as detected on my doorbell camera). There was also no delivery notice left in my mailbox, as usual. What is happening with my order? I do not wish to pay for a Prime membership for this kind of delivery service. Regards, Pierre Hendel

Hello, I had pre-ordered a book called "Remina (Junji Ito) Hardcover - December 15, [redacted]" from Amazon.de. After waiting for months, I realized it wasn't even shipped because it doesn't deliver to Finland. I canceled the order, but I haven't received a refund yet. The translation on the website is confusing, but I must use Amazon.de as I am in Finland. Could you please assist me in getting a refund or a gift card? It's disappointing to pre-order something only to discover later that it doesn't ship to my location. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello, I would like to address a serious issue with you and request the matter to be handled by a senior manager. In June, I purchased a Siemens induction cooker from your company. The order number was [redacted]-[redacted], and the expected delivery date was Saturday, June 27th. Despite the product being in stock, it did not arrive. After assuming a system error, I decided to cancel the order on September 6th and placed a new one with order number [redacted]-[redacted], with a delivery date of December 20th. Following multiple delays and receiving contradictory information from customer service, I continued to face issues with the order. After seeing the product back in stock on October 26, I placed another order, number [redacted]-[redacted], only to experience further delays and misinformation. Despite efforts to contact customer service, the situation remains unresolved, and I recently purchased the last available product. I am deeply frustrated by the lack of resolution and mismanagement of this matter. Your assistance in finding a solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased a pair of Crocs from Amazon.de and was surprised to find out they were shipped from the UK post Brexit, incurring additional duty fees of [redacted] DKKR (27.69€). I believe Amazon.de should have informed me beforehand, allowing me to choose a different seller within the free trade union to avoid extra charges. I received the blue Crocs from a location within the trade union, while the yellow Crocs came from the UK, possibly through Amazon's warehouse in Kent, only evident from the tracking information. To resolve this, I can pay the duty fee to receive the items and request reimbursement from Amazon.de, or refuse the fee resulting in the Crocs being returned to the UK, with a refund for the purchase. This situation is concerning as I enjoy shopping on Amazon.de, but this experience may deter me from continuing due to unexpected duty fees and tariff issues. Warm regards, Lise G. Hello, I used to live in Germany back in March, but I no longer reside there since April. Recently, I discovered that my German Amazon account's Prime membership has been charging me 7.99 Euros monthly for the past 9 months, despite not using the account or benefiting from it. I managed to receive a refund for January's subscription, but I would appreciate a refund for the remaining 8 months starting from April. I believe I should be entitled to a refund as I was unaware of the monthly charges and have lost a substantial amount of money without utilizing the account. Thank you.

During a chat session between 7:00 PM and 7:20 PM Brussels time, he communicated with me in English but abruptly requested that I switch to German. This was contrary to a previous interaction with another colleague who assisted me in English. As a customer residing in Belgium, I purchased items from Amazon.de and encountered a language barrier with Abhishek. This inconsistency in service is disconcerting and left me feeling frustrated and offended. I believe it is essential for your team to be able to communicate effectively in English, especially since you cater to customers from various countries. I have ordered several products from Amazon recently, and most have arrived without issue. However, I've encountered problems with some deliveries, which I believe may be due to issues with the courier and suppliers. I have specific delivery instructions requesting the delivery person to ring my number as my name is not listed at the outside entrance. Despite this, two essential items were returned to the seller, possibly by the courier. I was notified via email that the products were being refunded due to customer return, even though I explained the urgency of the items. The supplier offered to waive the 7€ shipping fee, but I feel unfairly penalized. This has happened multiple times, and I am hesitant to reorder the product. I would appreciate assistance with contacting Amazon to address this ongoing issue.

Hello, I recently placed an order on the German Amazon platform with a total value exceeding 1,[redacted] euros. Unfortunately, my order was canceled, and Amazon requested an electricity or utility bill for verification purposes. Due to security concerns, I declined to provide these documents. Consequently, my order was canceled, and my account was locked. It has been two weeks, and I have not received a refund because the payment made through my closed Bunq account bounced back to Amazon. In addition to account closure, Amazon has also blocked email communication with me. Despite contacting telephone support twice and being advised to wait for an email within 48 hours, I have yet to receive any communication. During my last phone call, Amazon suggested contacting my bank (which seems illogical) or reaching out via email for assistance. I am unsure if they will issue a refund, and I find this situation troubling. I need Amazon to refund the payment via an alternative method since my Bunq account is closed.

However, I have not received any emails regarding an explanation or next steps for the funds stuck in my blocked account. Here is a brief summary of the situation: - I reported my blocked account around a week ago. - Customer Service assured me that the money on my gift card would be reimbursed to my credit card within 24 hours. - After waiting for 6 days, I have not received any updates or refunded money. - I contacted Customer Service yesterday, and they made the same promise, but I have yet to receive any communication about the process. Hello, I never opened this account, but my credit card information, which must have come from Amazon.es, has been charged 7.99 per month for Prime for over a year. I contacted Amazon.es a year ago, and they confirmed the cancellation. I have never lived in Germany or visited. I want to cancel and request a refund for the unauthorized charges. It is concerning that my information was obtained without my consent. I am a Prime subscriber in Spain.

I encountered an issue with an order on Amazon DE due to a credit card verification problem. Upon receiving instructions to provide the necessary details via a form on the Amazon website, I received an email from [redacted] requesting further information. Unfortunately, my attempts to reply with the required information were unsuccessful as my emails were consistently rejected by Amazon's server. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue and prevent the closure of my account, my account is currently suspended for security reasons, hindering my ability to contact Amazon through the website. I recently opened an account with Amazon and placed my first order. Shortly after confirming the order, I received an email stating that my account was temporarily put on hold due to unusual activity, and all pending orders were canceled. I followed the instructions provided in the email, contacted customer support, but my account remains blocked. Upon trying to access my account, I received a message stating that more information is needed, and the hold cannot be removed at this time. It advised me to wait for further instructions via email or text from Amazon. I'm unsure what to do next, and I'm concerned about the status of my order.

On April 5th, I purchased a [redacted]€ Amazon gift card from a Shell station in Germany, as I currently don't have a bank account. After successfully ordering a 30€ product, I decided to get a 70€ H&M gift card via email for clothes instead. However, despite expecting the code within 5 minutes, I never received the H&M gift card in my email. Today, my account was partially closed, and unfortunately, I discarded the gift card but have the code written down. I now need help recovering my money and account. Since I'm a new user who logs into Amazon with my phone number and not email, I haven't received any order confirmation emails.

I bought a waterproof gazebo on March 28th for €[redacted].00. The payment was pending in my account. However, I never received any notification from the company stating the item was out of stock.
