I eventually placed a new order for the same item under a different account due to not being able to change the delivery address on my previous account while I was in Spain. This led me to cancel the original order. I need assistance in getting clear information about when the refund will be credited back to my account. Hello. I'm having trouble signing in with my email on Amazon. They are requesting to verify my information through SMS, but it's going to my old phone number that I no longer use. I received an email with a code, but Amazon is asking for more. I've been trying to update my phone number for over a month now but can't. This situation is frustrating. I would like to provide a reference number for the items in question: [redacted]-[redacted]. I should be receiving a refund for these items, but it seems that the product is still in transit within a specific timeframe. I am uncertain as to why Amazon is processing a refund without the item being delivered. Dear Amazon.de team, I want to address an issue regarding my Amazon Prime subscription. I initially activated a trial for the first month. Upon deciding to cancel the subscription within the trial period, the status confirmed the cancellation. However, today I was charged €7.99 for an active subscription. Upon checking, I noticed that my Prime is still active despite the prior cancellation. I would appreciate clarification on why I was charged and request a refund of the amount back to my account. Additionally, I would like my Prime membership to be deactivated. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

After a long wait, I recently noticed that the Kindle Oasis is now available for purchase in the Czech Republic, where I reside. Despite being in close proximity to Germany and hosting an Amazon logistics center, I encountered an issue during checkout. The message stated that the item could not be shipped to my selected address. The provided explanation about shipping restrictions did not seem relevant to my country, which is centrally located in Europe, borders Germany, is part of the EU, and is generally considered safe. I placed an order on June 13, [redacted], with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. I want to cancel the GTPlayer Gaming Chair from this order as I have not received any shipping information for 3.5 weeks. The seller, GTPLAYER, has provided no tracking number or updates, causing frustration. This lack of communication is disappointing as the delivery status previously indicated it would arrive today. A few days ago, I made an order that was scheduled for delivery yesterday. The delivery person in our area always fails to place the parcel inside the DHL pack station despite several reminders. Despite instructing him three times to place the order inside, he put it somewhere else yesterday, causing it now to be lost. I am unsure who to hold responsible. I purchased two items from Amazon, a pair of pants and slippers. Unfortunately, the striped pants were poorly made, with noticeable differences on each side and they were shorter than expected. The slippers, although well-made, were uncomfortable to wear. I was under the impression Amazon would provide a return label, but now I've learned that I need to pay for postage and will only be reimbursed up to 8.40€, even if it costs more. This situation has left me quite dissatisfied.

Hello, I am having an issue with my Amazon.de account under the username nbtmusicradio-two. Previously, I used it to send a gift card successfully to my daughter. Recently, for my birthday, my daughter sent me a gift card. When I tried to make a purchase and proceed to check out, I was prompted to sign in again (even though I was already signed in) and received an error message stating, "Submission Under Review," with a promise of contact within 24 hours. I have been having some difficulties with my VISA debit card. A week ago, I received access to it, and the daily limit went up to 250EUR from 0EUR. On the first day, I tried to buy a 200GBP (229EUR) gift card on a UK website, but my account got locked soon after. I then made a successful 100EUR purchase on a German site after my account was unlocked. However, when I tried to make a purchase for under 450EUR after shipping costs, the order didn't go through, and I fear my account might be locked again. I filled out an appeal without providing bank statements or invoices, and now I am unable to log in without being prompted for more information. I am waiting for an email with instructions but haven't received anything yet. I can now provide the necessary invoices for the two 100EUR transactions. I recently updated my email address and have been experiencing issues accessing my account since then. When I try to log in and enter the 2-step security code sent via SMS, I am unable to find where to input it, causing the process to loop. This has made contacting customer support challenging since I am locked out of my account. I am hesitant to provide passport copies to verify my identity.
