Hello, I am having a problem with my order for Marshall headphones (order# [redacted]-[redacted]). I got the order confirmation, and the payment was taken from my bank account. However, I then received an email in German (which I do not speak) saying my order was canceled because the funds could not be charged to my credit card. Hello, I am experiencing a strange issue with my recent Amazon orders. I received emails concerning order numbers # [redacted]-[redacted] and # [redacted]-[redacted], which I did not place. The orders were made between 2 pm and 2:30 pm on November 16th when I was at work and my laptop was at home. I ensure my Amazon account is only accessed via the web, and I have not shared my login details with anyone. It concerns me how someone could have ordered using my account, knowing my payment details and 3-digit pin. My girlfriend graciously bought a PS4 and clothes through my German Amazon account. However, the account got locked due to unusual payment activity when we made the purchase. She's from Belize and promptly responded to the verification request with all necessary details using my email, including proof of address and ownership of the credit card. Unfortunately, we haven't received any response all day despite providing the requested information. Rest assured, we can provide further evidence of residence if needed. We are eager to resolve this matter before her visit in December.

I placed an order for a treadmill to be delivered on November 25th, but it hasn't arrived yet. The delivery team couldn't locate my address, despite it being on Google Maps, and they claimed my phones were not working, which isn't true. On November 25th, [redacted], I placed an order which was confirmed. However, the following day, I discovered that my account had been locked without any explanation. Despite this, I have received emails from Amazon stating that my order (with order number [redacted]) is delayed and should arrive by November 28th, [redacted], yet I am still awaiting delivery. I need to file a complaint about the delivery service that was responsible for my recent order. They arrived to deliver my package even though I had rescheduled the delivery since I was not at home. Today, they left the package with my neighbors even though I was home all day. These repeated delivery mishaps are unfortunately common with DHL, and I'm very frustrated with their service. I really hope that Amazon will consider using a different shipping provider in the future. I am eager to contact Amazon directly to discuss this issue further.

Hello, I need assistance with accessing my account as I am encountering trouble logging in after attempting to reset my password, which led to my account becoming locked. I recently purchased three items, and the first two were delivered yesterday. However, I have yet to receive the last item, a mini rice cooker, which was supposed to be delivered within two days. I purchased a pair of walking boots from Normani, and unfortunately, they are faulty with a broken eyelet. I have attempted to reach out to them twice on Amazon but have not received any response. When I called the company, they requested that I send an email with a photo, promising to contact me, but I have yet to hear back.
