My bank card expired and I purchased ***.** * items Amazon defaulted to my credit card that was also on file. When I was on vacation I received an email from capital one stating that someone just ordered * items from amazon so I called capital one and said I have had zero balance on that card so we called it fraud.*I have been locked out of my account and have been back and forth via email and they continue to say I need to use the cards on file they are now expired but I also told them that my bank says to use the same just add the new expiration date ***** and I need to speak to an account specialist so I can give them my new card I am locked out of my account so I cannot update the new card so you can take payments owed. can you call me at ***-***-****. this is an emergency.**Please help me.
