I got charged $*** for a yearly membership then * days later got charged $**.** for monthly membership when i called the woman told me she will give me the $**.** back but not the $*** i told her i dont want prime because it doesn’t benefit me she said i cant refund the $*** cuz u used the benefits. The account renewed Dec **th **** i called Dec **th **** so im confused how i got charged a full year for only * days ?
