Help me with my issue

Re: ORDER * ***-*******-********I have been a Prime member since **** and I have never felt any regret for being so..until now. The above order has caused me undue "pain" both emotionally and financially since the day I placed it trough prime. These Lorex cameras were ordered for installation for a vip client before their departure for overseas. First, it was not delivered on the promised and paid for date which caused me to pay $*** to change their departure date. and credit them $**** for their inconvenience. This was a $**** install which already cost me $**** Second, * out of the * cameras are defective. I called customer service, explained the situation that I need replacements or a refund for the * defective cameras, and was told that a refund of $*** would be credited back to my American express card So I can repurchase the items. There was no credit. Upon recontacting customer service, I was told that I would need to return the entire order in order in order to receive my refund. This would involve my recontacting my clients--currently in Australia, uninstall and return the cameras, wait to receive them,make arrangements for access to their home and reinstall the new cameras. Of course this will likely cost me another discount, eating away at my bottom line--all of this because of late delivery by UPS, inefficient*ineffective customer service. The manner in which I was treated by the last Customer service 'supervisor' has convinced me that my tenure and business are not valued by Amazon. I would like to believe otherwise and as such, I am writing to you so this iincident can be rectified. If not, I see no other alternative then to discontinue my nurtured and earned relationship with amazon. Hopefully this will fall on sympathetic*understanding ears. *I may be contacted on my provided e-mail below*Best Regards, *F. D.
