I was buying items on the Amazon.com's website on August ** and when I was about to checkout, I inserted my onevanilla prepaid visa gift card to pay the order until a few minutes later I received an email that my account has been locked for security reasons. I have been calling them about this issue for the past * days with no success. I hope you can help me get this issue fixed as soon as possible. Thank you and have a good day.
