One of my packages arrived on Friday, December 3rd, but it only contained one item out of the two that were supposed to be delivered together. I am missing the Gildan Men's Regular Leg Boxer Brief Multipack. I have attempted to contact customer service through various channels - phone, app, and online - but have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I am feeling very frustrated by this situation.

I am interested in purchasing a new device for a visually impaired senior. I believe it's called a "Book Audio Scanner." It's a Christmas gift for an 86-year-old with Macular Degeneration who struggles with reading prescriptions, newspapers, filling out forms, and watching TV. Order number: [redacted]-[redacted] for Diet 7up Sodastream syrup 6 x 440ml was meant to be a replacement for a previous order which should have included 6 bottles. Unfortunately, only one bottle was received. The item seems to have a coding issue on the website. I kindly request that the 6 bottles I paid for be sent to me. Not only did I receive only one bottle, but the box was also leaking and wet upon arrival. I don't mind returning the extra bottle I received, which is also wet, once I receive a return label. Thank you.

Hello, I was expecting to receive my order by November 22, [redacted]. However, the package was returned to the seller by the courier because my address was either not included on the package or was incorrect, as per the courier's communication. The tracking number is ASLE[redacted]11. I am now patiently waiting for my refund but have not received any updates on the timeline. Could you please investigate the status of my refund and provide me with an update as soon as possible? I placed an order online for two items, but I didn't receive any on-site acknowledgment or email confirmation. I then reordered the same items and got an on-site acknowledgment for the second order, but again, no email confirmation. I'm unsure if either or both orders were processed, and I want to avoid any duplicate charges for the orders.

I recently received an email and a photo showing that my package had been delivered to the postal boxes, but when I got home, it wasn't there. Typically, packages are left in front of my door, and this has never happened before. I live in a rental building, so anything can happen. I received an automated email stating that the Sengled Bluetooth light bulb linked to Order # [redacted]-[redacted] was not returned, despite being sent back in the same package as the Echo Dot (3rd gen) which had a complete return notice. I diligently followed all return procedures, even adding extra padding for safety, yet only one item is showing as returned. I find this process frustrating, especially as I returned both items together and am now dealing with this issue while facing an AWS outage. I have a track record of rarely returning items and am disappointed with this situation. Please address this promptly as it is causing unnecessary inconvenience. I recently noticed a charge for a product I didn't purchase. Last week, I received a package from Amazon with my name on it, even though I didn't remember ordering anything. Upon opening it, I found an item I had bought 4 months ago but never received. When I checked my bank account, I saw the charge for this package. It seems the products are set to be delivered automatically every 2 months without my knowledge. As a result, I now have something I didn't intentionally purchase.

I am struggling to access my Amazon account due to an unending loop of verification processes. Despite knowing my password and using the OTP from my email, the system keeps wanting to send another OTP to my outdated phone number. I am overseas and cannot easily call for support. All I want is straightforward access to make a simple purchase without all these unnecessary security measures. If there is no way to streamline this process, I will have to consider other shopping options.

Approximately five years ago, I purchased a La Crosse atomic projection alarm clock (model [redacted]-[redacted]) on Amazon. Recently, the projected numbers on the ceiling stopped displaying correctly, showing a red blob instead. I assumed the light had worn out, so I bought a new version of the same clock (model [redacted]-146V3). However, upon setting it up, I encountered issues with the backlight and the projection light turning off after a few seconds, despite working momentarily when I hit the snooze button. Interestingly, when I connected the old clock to the same outlet for comparison, it functioned perfectly fine with the projected numerals working. As a result, I no longer require the new clock as the old one is now working flawlessly. I am seeking to return the new clock due to its apparent defect and request a refund for the clock and the associated shipping costs.

Our original order, [redacted]-[redacted], included Fire tablets and accompanying SanDisk cards. The first pink Fire Tablet for ages 3 to 7 arrived, and my card was charged for both the tablet and cards. This morning, I received notice that my card didn't go through for shipping the second tablet, the Fire 7 Kids Pro Tablet. I immediately added another card for the payment. The charge went through but included the entire order again. I want to ensure only the Fire 7 Pro is shipped and charged, and the card isn't charged again for the part of the order that was already received and paid for. Most importantly, I need assurance that the Fire 7 Pro will arrive before December 25th.

I recently placed an order for solar lights, and one required shipping payment while the other did not. Unfortunately, I deleted the first order totaling $55, and I noticed that I was charged twice for it. Although I don't mind being charged twice for the other items that were $18 each, my bank refunded me for the first order of $55. However, the double charge is still showing up on my statement. The total amount incorrectly withdrawn was $[redacted].46, and there was another order for $37.88. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into. Thank you for your assistance.

Regarding Order # [redacted]-[redacted], I returned two items with the correct labels included, but I have only been refunded for one item. The "Pet Raincoat Waterproof Jacket Cat Dog Hood Rain Coat Reflective Jumpsuit Outdoor Apparel Clothes(M)" was refunded, but the "Voyager All Weather No Pull Step-in Mesh Dog Harness with Padded Vest, Best Pet Supplies, Small, Black Base" has not been refunded yet. Please process the refund for the remaining item I returned. Thank you.

I checked online for my Amazon parcel, and it said it was delivered to the back door of my townhouse. However, I couldn't find it there. I looked everywhere, including the front door, mailbox, and even under the barbecue. Living in a busy area in Edmonton, it seems like someone may have taken the parcel. I'm confused as to why it was left at the back door in such a manner.

I am disappointed with the delivery service provided by Canada Post. The postman claimed an attempt was made to deliver my package on December 7th at 11:55 a.m., but I was home and did not see anyone attempting delivery. I believe this is a common practice among postal workers to avoid their responsibilities. I want to file a complaint with Amazon and request that Canada Post redelivers my item. I want Amazon to be aware of Canada Post's failure to meet delivery standards and the inconvenience caused to customers. Additionally, I am unable to go pick up the item myself as my vehicle is currently out of order. I don't have an Amazon Prime account, yet my credit card was charged $9.03. I received an email saying "sorry to see you go," but I've never had a Prime account. I've only used Amazon for orders with free or paid shipping. I've attempted to cancel my Amazon account without success. Request: Please refund the fraudulent charges on my credit card and ensure any remaining Amazon account is cancelled. - D.S.

I was recently charged $82.95 on my credit card for an Amazon Prime membership that I did not authorize. Additionally, I received an email confirming an order for an iPhone 13 Pro totaling $[redacted] under order number #[redacted]2-[redacted]2. This order is not mine, as it is being shipped to an address in Washington, USA, which is not my location. The only transaction I should have on my account is for Kindle Unlimited.

I bought a bike on November 19th with 2-day shipping. After several weeks without receiving it, I called customer support. They informed me that the bike was lost, so Amazon refunded my payment of $[redacted].59. While on the phone, the representative named Parthan explained that I could keep the money and the bike for free once it was found. However, today Amazon charged my account again for $[redacted].59, which was not supposed to happen since I was told the bike would be free. I need this incorrect charge to be reversed immediately.
