The issue in GetHuman-zoofra's own words
Ordered product in good faith and received something not as described and damaged from the seller's own packaging method.*Now seller approved refund but I have to go about looking to returning it all the way to China and then if*when the seller says he's received the goods, he'll finish the refund. *I don't trust this seller and he's already tried to play games with me by asking me to wait for a month or so, to see if the product damage goes away, thus making me waste more time and getting farther away from getting a refund.*I shouldn't have to be dealing with the seller at all, since I"m a good Prime member, Amazon should just refund me and deal with this seller....
