I encountered an issue when I dialed a number provided by someone who claimed my computer was hacked and required a one-time payment of $[redacted]. After struggling to gather the money, they carried out some work, but the next day, my bank notified me of a withdrawal. Initially, I was assured that everything would be fine if I made the payment on Wednesday, but a subsequent charge left my account overdrawn. This made me begin to question if I fell victim to a scam. The individual is scheduled to contact me tomorrow morning to request the $[redacted] payment. I suspect I may have fallen for a scam since the withdrawal was linked to Amazon.

As a seafarer from India, I have encountered an issue with my Amazon accounts during a visit to a Canadian port named Port Cartier in the first week of February. Upon trying to order items using my Indian account on Amazon Canada, I created a new account with a different phone number and successfully placed multiple orders that were later canceled due to suspicious activity. Despite contacting customer service multiple times and awaiting a refund, I have yet to receive the reimbursement. Recently, an email from Amazon Canada indicated that no money had been deducted. My order (# [redacted]-[redacted]) for Amazon Basics Standard Dog Waste Bags with dispenser and leash clip was scheduled to be delivered on March 10. However, the tracking information indicated that the package was handed to the resident, me, but I never received it. I was home all day and interacted with the UPS delivery person who couldn't locate my name on the packages. I kindly request Amazon CA to resend the same order promptly and provide me with updated delivery information, including the expected delivery date and the delivery service used. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with returning 2 orders before my trip to India. Despite several attempts, I couldn't access my account due to unknown reasons and was unable to process the returns through the provided Amazon links. Despite my request for a PDF return label, they wouldn't accommodate. With my flight imminent and no progress, I contacted customer service for a solution. Even while standing at the post office, I couldn't print the label as my account was blocked for "unauthorized access." Despite assurances of a 24-hour resolution, the issue persisted with each call. Four months later, I still lack the labels, leaving me stranded with the items in India. The unresponsive customer support adds to the frustration of being unable to return the products I no longer need.

I ordered a phone that was returned. Amazon sent me a replacement, but the first order was marked as not received. I contacted Amazon through chat, and an agent assured me I would not be charged. Two weeks later, I saw the item was still not marked as received, so I reached out again. The agent admitted the error and said I would not be charged. The next day, I received a refund email, and I confirmed the refund with an agent. However, a new email said I would be charged. Customer service said it was policy to charge me and refused to issue a refund. Despite an agent's assurance not to charge me, I was still billed. No resolution was offered for the mistake, and I feel unfairly treated for their error.

Subject: Issue with Package Delivery Hi there, I wanted to bring to your attention that the package I was supposed to receive today, as per the tracking information, was marked as delivered by being handed to the resident. However, upon reviewing security footage with the building manager, we discovered that the courier actually left the building with the package after a brief stop, without handing it to me. It seems there was a mistake in updating the status of the delivery, as I certainly did not receive the package. I have reported this to Amazon as well to ensure the correct information is on record. In October, I ordered two cell phones priced at $[redacted] each and two protectors. However, I only received the protectors. My account was blocked, and I'm unsure why. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I was told my cards had insufficient funds. I find it puzzling since the protectors were delivered.

I don't want to fight with you. March 6, [redacted] ORDER NO. [redacted]-[redacted] Delivered on March 9, [redacted] I didn't receive the aftershave lotion, only shampoo for hair. I reached out to Amazon, and they said they would send me the aftershave lotion. The next day, I saw in my pending orders that they had sent me the same thing. A few days later, I canceled the order because it was still shampoo, not the lotion. But I haven't received a refund for the March 6, [redacted] order. I recently contacted Amazon via email about being incorrectly charged for Prime membership. In the response I received, they mentioned that no charges were made on my current Amazon account but were found on my Amazon.com account. They assured me that the membership was canceled and a full refund was issued, yet I haven't received any confirmation email for the refund as promised. Upon reviewing my card transactions, I discovered that there were actually three charges on Jan. 12, [redacted], Feb. 12, [redacted], and Mar. 12, [redacted]. It seems that the issue has not been resolved by Amazon, leaving me frustrated with the service quality. Dealing with Prime charges since January [redacted] raises serious concerns about Amazon's account management. Immediate action to rectify this is required.

I purchased a Ridgid drill set and Ridgid jobsite radio, believing I could register them for a lifetime warranty. When contacting Ridgid for registration, I was informed that as third-party purchases, they were not eligible, despite no mention of this during my purchase. The packaging even prompts registration. I then found the same items at Home Depot for a better price and eligible for the warranty. Upon requesting a refund, I am facing a $60 shipping fee to return them via Canada Post. I also shop frequently on Amazon and have an Amazon Prime subscription. I believe customers should be informed about these discrepancies. I object to the shipping charges and my struggles to contact Amazon support by phone, which leads to automated responses without reaching a live agent, causing frustration.

Hello, I made an order with the number [redacted]-[redacted] on March 16th. The invoice claims they shipped it out the same day, which is untrue as deliveries from Toronto to Montreal take a maximum of 2 days. The shipment number provided, [redacted][redacted], is not recognized by Canada Post. The company, Golda's Kitchen, is closing down, evidenced by their inactive website and clearly stated closure on Facebook on March 23rd. Their Facebook page now shows they are permanently closed. I request the order be cancelled and my credit card refunded promptly. As I purchased through Amazon and already paid them, I expect a refund from you directly, not through third-party vendors. I await your urgent response.

I am disappointed with Amazon's 2-day shipping turning into an estimated 6-day delivery. I placed Order# [redacted]-[redacted] on March 23, [redacted], with two-day delivery, but it's now scheduled for Wednesday, March 24, [redacted]. The discrepancy between the promised delivery time and the actual delivery time is frustrating, and I feel deceived by Amazon. It is unacceptable for a company to mislead customers like this, and it feels like a dishonest practice. This experience has wasted my time, and I am upset about how Amazon has handled this situation.

I would prefer not to receive BNI delivery with my parcels. The company has been unhelpful and disrespectful. I reside in a ground floor apartment and have requested multiple times for them to drop the parcels on my balcony, due to my disabilities that make it hard for me to access the front entryway. Despite their promise to drop the parcels outside on my balcony if there was no snow, they consistently leave them in the entryway. This results in delays in receiving my parcels, as I cannot easily retrieve them. The delivery personnel do not ring my buzzer, making it hard for me to know when they have arrived. I have tried to discuss this issue with them, but they do not seem willing to cooperate. Unlike BNI, Purolator/Intelcom deliver directly to my door, which is the service I expect when paying for home delivery from Amazon.

I recently received ink cartridges I ordered, which unfortunately were printing smudges on every page despite working well previously. After contacting Amazon and the seller, we were advised to expect a return email within three days. Disappointingly, the message was delayed in a different email folder. Despite being told to try a second cartridge, the issue persisted. Now, when trying to request a return label, we found that the return window had closed. I am hoping for an extension considering our timely attempts to reach out to both Amazon and the seller. Even a credit for the purchase amount and a provided return label would be satisfactory for us.

I rely on buying from China for affordable and good quality products, but I am frustrated with the issues I'm experiencing. I have been charged $9 monthly without authorization on my credit card for several months. My Amazon orders seem to be spontaneous, and I have an open account. I believe I shouldn't have to pay to place an order. I have been trying to place an order for about three days, but it hasn't been possible. They are charging me in euros, but I live in Canada. A few months ago, I contacted an agent about ongoing unauthorized charges on my credit card for 'extras' on my Amazon Prime account. Despite previous assurances of reimbursement and cancellation of the unwanted channels, I have still not received any refund. The charges for these channels continue to appear on my statements. I am seeking a full reimbursement for these unauthorized deductions. I have faced challenges reaching out to your agents on the website, which has been frustrating.
