You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman5519723's own words
Your Order: * - Purchase ID: ***-*******-******** - Order ID*: ***-*******-********Your Order: * - Purchase ID: ***-*******-******** - Order ID*: ***-*******-********I was notified a while back that I was charged for items on an Amazon Canada account and that items were sent from my account to an address that I do not live at. The support person said that they would halt delivery and I would be refunded for the items. I also asked for my account to be closed due to the issue. I am now receiving emails saying that Amazon is contacting my bank to collect charge for the items.
GetHuman5519723 did not yet indicate what Amazon Canada should do to make this right.
