Hello, I purchased 2 hiking water bags. Unfortunately, one of them was defective (the blue one at $17.99). I followed the necessary steps, printed the return code with the bag, and sent it back via Canada Post. I recently received an email stating that I must return the bag before November 5th. My Amazon order was placed on September 3, [redacted], Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]. There seems to be an error as I should be refunded $13.10 by the seller for the incorrect item (the blue bag). I returned the defective blue bag and kept the functional one at $19.99. I do not want any charges on my credit card or any negative impact on my reputation since I returned the item due to the seller's mistake. Do you have a toll-free phone number for Canada? For over a week now, I've been experiencing difficulties accessing my Amazon.ca and Amazon.com accounts. Each time I try to log in, I receive an OTP for verification. However, after entering the OTP and verifying the text message, it shows that I am in Turkey, which is concerning as I am not located there. This situation persists, and I am worried that my account may have been compromised. Furthermore, when I attempt to access Amazon on my iMac, iPad, or iPhone, I only see a white screen with blue links on the left side, missing the usual interface. Last week, I cleared my cache in an attempt to resolve an issue with Britbox, but it did not resolve the Amazon access problem. I am primarily concerned about my account's security and possible unauthorized access to my information. When I contacted a representative and raised the issue of being asked to verify my account from Turkey, I was informed that this was normal, which has added to my uncertainty. I would appreciate any recommendations or guidance on how to address this issue.

I placed an order around 20 minutes ago and expected a quick delivery with Amazon Prime to my area code V5V3V4. However, the delivery window given is not in line with the expected Prime delivery duration. I tried changing the delivery speed but encountered an error message: "Your Account > Your Orders > Order Summary #[redacted]-[redacted] > Change Shipping Speed Important Message: We're sorry. There was an error processing your request. Rest assured, we are fixing the issue. Please try again in a few minutes." To Amazon Customer Service: Greetings. I am in need of assistance. I mistakenly purchased the wrong size for a pair of Propet Men's Blizzard Ankle Zip Boots intended as a gift. The boots are in size 9xx while the recipient requires a size 8x. They remain unused and in pristine condition. As a senior, purchasing another set is financially challenging for me. I do not seek a refund, simply an exchange for the correct size. I encountered difficulty contacting Amazon previously, exacerbated by the disruption caused by the Covid outbreak. Hello, I recently received 3 books, two of which I had already ordered and received in the summer. I did not intend to reorder them. I recently bought a computer from Amazon.CA and was surprised to receive it quickly. However, after a day of use, I discovered issues with the operating system and decided to return it. Amazon instructed me to download a barcode form, which I couldn't do without a printer. Instead of paying a $17 shipping fee, I hand-delivered the package to the Amazon CA INC GATEWAY COMMERCIAL RETURN address. Despite including my return address on the package, I only found a drop box at the location for hand deliveries. I left the package there about 10 days ago, but I haven't been able to locate it since. The order number is #[redacted]-[redacted], return authorization code is d5bhh2phrrma, and the Canada Post tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. Any assistance would be appreciated. Subject: Unprofessional Delivery Experience from Intelcom I received a call from an unknown number at 3:57 pm and 3:59 pm, which turned out to be the driver delivering my Amazon parcel from Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite being told my package would arrive on November 20th as per tracking, the driver seemed frustrated, stating he couldn't find my building even with clear instructions provided to Amazon. Once inside, he mentioned attempting to call me multiple times, to which I explained my unknown call setting. The driver's response was confrontational, questioning how they could reach me without buzzing my apartment. My order was delivered yesterday, but the package was left in the mailroom. I would like to track the package. The item is the R HORSE DIY Casting Molds, 6Pack Snowflake Casting Molds. It was sold by R • HORSE for CDN$ 14.99. I am disappointed as I pay for Prime membership for door delivery, and the package being left in the public mailroom resulted in it being stolen. I want to inquire about the employee who packed one part of my recent order. The Sadaf Harissa Paste Hot Sauce jars arrived, but unfortunately, one was broken as they were sent in an envelope instead of a box. This led to one of the jars breaking in transit. I received towels that were well-packaged in a box with extra pillow packing, which contrasts with the fragile hot sauce being shipped in an envelope. I have attempted to reach out to customer service for a refund due to the damaged item, but I have faced challenges as it seems the policy states "No Returns." I appreciate that everything else in my order was well-packaged and intact. I am now looking for guidance on how to proceed with getting a refund for the broken hot sauce. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with packages being left unattended at my door without any notification. Sadly, this is the second package I've had go missing in a week. One package, containing a sewing machine I ordered for my oldest granddaughter for Christmas, was supposedly left on Saturday at 12:30, but nobody even knocked on my door. By the time my daughter went out, the package was no longer there. Since the sewing machine was not in an additional box, it was easily accessible to anyone passing by. I am now hesitant to place any more orders in fear of them meeting the same fate.

Order # [redacted]-[redacted]: I returned an item as the third party requested. I received a Fedex label, shipped the parcel back, and Fedex delivered it to the vendor. Amazon gave me a Fedex label for the same returned item without mentioning refunding the purchase. When and how will I receive the refund? Also, what should I do with the extra shipping label? I received an email from the seller regarding the computer desk I purchased. The message states that due to COVID-19 restrictions, the desk I ordered cannot be shipped as it exceeds the customs limit. The seller is offering a smaller desk at a lower price to comply with the restrictions. However, my initial order has already been shipped. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I had accounts on both Amazon.com and Amazon.ca. My .ca account had a $20 gift card. When I requested customer service to close my .com account, both accounts were closed. After reopening my .ca account with the same email, my gift card was missing. I contacted customer service twice to recover my gift card, but despite being told I would be refunded within 24 to 48 hours on both occasions, I have not received the refund yet.

My Kindle and Amazon shopping account have been disabled due to unauthorized use, even after setting up two-factor authentication. I have been unable to change my password or access my account for weeks now. Despite emailing multiple times, I have not received a response. Phone calls have only resulted in an employee submitting a form for review. If I cannot regain access, I would like my Prime account cancelled and a refund for my Kindle paid purchases to the credit card on file. It has been nearly a month without any communication from Amazon about this issue. I can still use Prime Video on my smart TV, but I no longer have access to my e-books. Prime Video is not worth paying for if I can't use other Prime features and am restricted to one device.

I have not received the refund on my gift card for the item I returned. Below is the email I received from Amazon regarding the refund: Hi, I wanted to inform you that a refund of $24.35 for Order [redacted]-[redacted] from HK has been processed for the item - HongKim 2 Pieces 6-Inch Outdoor Indoor Small Decorative Iron Wall Hooks for Hanging Lanterns Solar Lights Bug Zappers Hummingbird Feeders Wind Chimes. The breakdown of the refund is as follows: - Item Refund: $16.99 - Shipping Refund: $7.36 The refund amount was supposed to be applied to my gift card, but I have not seen it reflected.

Hello. I would like to share my recent experience with Amazon in Canada. This was my first time purchasing children's books, and I placed an order on November 22nd with Order # [redacted]-[redacted]. Initially, C $70.34 was deducted from my account. However, on November 30th, when the order was shipped, another C $70.34 was taken from my account. I have already raised this issue with my bank, but the refund has not been processed yet. To my surprise, on another occasion, Amazon Canada charged US $38.44 from my card without my authorization. My bank has labeled this as a scam and advised me to deactivate my card to prevent further unauthorized charges.
