Below is the message sent to my bank today and below that your reply to my original email. I have never had a problem before and all I want back is my money please this is ridiculous!!*Good morning,*On Sept **, **** I purchased two bark collars from Amazon Sep **, *****Point of Sale - Visa Debit VISA DEBIT RETAIL PURCHASE AMZN Mktp CA *************$**.**. I then purchased a better deal and cancelled this order. I wrote amazon and this was their reply:*Hello Cathleen,**Thank you for contacting us and letting us know your concern.**First of all, please accept my apologies for the trouble.**Upon checking the order details, I can confirm Order ID: ***-*******-******* with an item DogRook Rechargeable Dog Bark Collar - Humane, No Shock Barking Collar - w** Vibration & Beep Modes - Small, Medium, Large Dogs Breeds - No Harm Training - Automatic Action Without Remote - Adjustable has been cancelled and you have not been charged. Since the order has been cancelled, it will no longer appear in Your Account.**I want to inform you that we don't charge your card for any items until they enter the shipping process. Since your order was cancelled before it entered the shipping process, you haven't been charged for the order.**When you place an order, we contact your bank for a purchase authorization to verify your card, but we don't actually charge you until the order ships. Some banks may hold funds in your account for these authorizations even if the order is cancelled.**You haven't been charged for it, but an authorization may be visible on your account. This should be removed according to the policies of your bank. Please contact your bank to clarify how long they hold authorizations for online orders.**Hence, I want to inform you that we only charge you once when the item ships.
