You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-lensand's own words
On July *, I placed an order for * items that has been divided into two delivery orders. * Order * ***-******-******* and ***-*******-*******. I was billed for $**.** on the * th which is the total of the two orders and then on July *th was billed for an additional $**.**. I would appreciate you looking into this matter and crediting my account. This is the first time I have ordered from Amazon and hope this is not a typical problem. Thank you
