I placed a video * disc DVD ,they sent me a confirmation that the order went through.it said that the arrival date was may ** th today I called to see if it was going to be sent out .the customer service said that there was a red flag on my account that someone tried to purchase a *** dollar gift card using my name.identity theft .i called my bank and they told me amazon already took the money out of my account.please call me back I am very upset about this .jane
