Apparently I signed up for one month of free prime membership and now I can’t find any way to cancel this membership. I have not used the video, music or audible services as I was unaware that I had signed up. I did not receive any acknowledgement that I had Prime hence why I didn’t use any of the services. I just want a phone number or email where I can cancel. As for free delivery charges, as far as I’m aware my purchases were all over the required amount to receive free shipping. This one really baffles me as I didn’t know how I signed up for Prime. Please help me so I can just cancel.
