Hello, I'm seeking assistance with a refund regarding a package I couldn't retrieve from an Amazon Hub. Due to leaving the city and being quarantined elsewhere, I was unable to pick it up. I inquired about Amazon assisting with the return since the package has been at the hub for some time. I received a response from Brianne S on March 26th, stating that if the package isn't retrieved within 3 days, it will be sent back to the fulfilment centre and a refund issued. Checking my orders, I see the package is still at the hub. Could you provide an update on the situation? I'm eager for a refund, though I understand it can only be processed upon return. I have two accounts, [redacted] and [redacted] Several months ago, there were unauthorized charges on my credit card from Amazon, leading to the suspension of my Gmail account. I had some remaining credits in that account, which I would like to retrieve. Moving forward, I used my Hotmail account to make purchases using gift cards for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, this account was also suspended after these transactions. I have funds and orders pending, totaling $[redacted]. I have attempted to contact customer service with phone numbers [redacted] and [redacted] but have not received a resolution. I have provided receipts and identification proof but have not had any luck. I urgently need help to reinstate one of my accounts and recover the funds involved.

Hello Amazon, I recently received my order for the Gibson Overseas, Inc. [redacted].12RM Color Vibes Assorted 12 Pc Dinnerware Set, but unfortunately, one of the plates arrived broken. I would greatly appreciate it if I could have the blue plate replaced. Due to some limitations, I am unable to print the return label or transport the broken plate to the post office. I purchased the Conair Man Battery Powered Ear/Nose Trimmer on March 23, [redacted]. However, upon opening the package and using it, I noticed excessive noise and vibration. Because of this, I didn't actually use the trimmer and repackaged it immediately for return. I also added a two-year extended warranty. My order number is: [redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my Amazon account for security purposes a week later and can no longer access it. My login credentials are no longer valid due to the inactive username. If possible, I would like to exchange this product for the Nose Hair Trimmer, Laxcare Ears and Nose Trimmer Shaver Clipper Removal Dual Edge Blades for Men and Women by Laxcare, which costs $19.99. On March 31, [redacted], my son set up his Fire HD 8 tablet using my Amazon account under [redacted] He accidentally deleted a large number of my kindle books. Most books from P-Z are missing and scattered ones from my collections are not showing up on my Kindle app. I checked my Kindle cloud and it was empty. I cannot afford to replace the books, and I have tried various suggestions to recover them without success. Given the current global situation, I understand if this issue cannot be prioritized, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help in advance.

My 13-year-old accidentally signed up for Amazon Prime with her debit card in September [redacted]. Since then, she has been charged $9.03 per month. We called in February to cancel it, but the refund promised for four months did not come through, and we were charged again in March. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to the email used to sign up for Prime. I urgently need the Prime membership canceled and a refund for five months' worth of charges. I ordered two items from Amazon expecting a delivery today. Unfortunately, the package was left at the wrong entrance of my building, [redacted] Princess Avenue, in London, Ontario, as indicated by the tracking information provided in an email from Amazon. Despite clear signage directing deliveries to the left entrance, my items were left at a different door, likely resulting in the package being stolen. I understand it may not be the delivery person's fault that the package was taken, but had the correct entrance been used, this situation could have been avoided. Good morning, I am frustrated with Amazon's lack of email communication and unresponsiveness over the phone. I placed an order online for an item worth $[redacted], paid $59 for shipping and handling, and now DHL is requesting an additional $28. The total cost exceeds the retail price. As a Prime member, I expect better service. It feels like Amazon is taking advantage of the current crisis to overcharge customers.

My account has been compromised, and I am unable to access it as the email has been changed by the unauthorized person who gained access. My original email associated with the account is [redacted], but it has now been altered to [redacted] The last order made on the account, by me, was on January 11th for Elenco Wire and Solder tips totaling $42.23. I kindly request that the account either be reverted to my original email address ([redacted]) or completely deleted to prevent any further unauthorized access to my payment details and personal information, causing me unnecessary stress. Hello, I noticed a charge of $43.94 on my business credit card. A few weeks ago, I ordered Lysol wipes from Amazon, but I haven't received the items. This morning, I received a message from Parcel Tracking regarding an Amazon order with the number [redacted]-[redacted]. The shipment was from China, and the message informed me that the parcel had been returned to the shipping company. The China Post tracking number is L[redacted]CN. I have already emailed the supplier today and am waiting for a response. Can you please advise on the next steps? I have another order on the way from China. Should I anticipate a similar situation? I have the Zhiyun Crane 3 LAB and recently received the Lilliput A5 camera monitor and Rode VideoMicro microphone. I'm looking for a coiled cable to connect the monitor to my Canon 5D Mark 4, purchased on April 2nd. I found three options on amazon.ca: 1. Seadream Right Angled Coiled Micro HDMI to HDMI Male Cable - $11.99 CAD. 2. Seadream Left Angled Coiled Micro HDMI to HDMI Male Cable - $11.99 CAD. 3. Seadream Coiled Micro HDMI to HDMI Male Cable - $10.99 CAD. I need advice on which of these cables will work best for connecting the Lilliput A5 monitor to the Canon 5D Mark 4. I recently ordered 5 memory foam mattresses, but received sleep masks instead. Amazon informed me the mattresses were sold out and could only offer a refund. After checking, I found the same mattress on a mirror site on Amazon at a higher price. These mattresses were meant for a family in need. I am keeping the sleep masks to donate to graveyard workers. I ordered three books from the Amazon Canada website on April 1, [redacted], with a delivery date set for May 7, [redacted]. My debit card was charged on April 11 or 12, but I have not received a shipping notification, which is unusual based on my past orders. On March 14th, I placed two orders. The first order included a Flexi Cold Gel Pack and Drive Medical Universal 5-Inch Walker Wheels under order #[redacted]-[redacted]. The second order was for a PCP Mobility and Home Care Walker for my upcoming knee replacement surgery on March 19th. Unfortunately, my surgery got canceled due to the coronavirus situation. I tried to cancel the orders, but they had already shipped. The boxes arrived unopened, but the walker's box was damaged. When I tried to return the items online to wait until my rescheduled surgery date, I was informed that I couldn't return the wheels. This is confusing to me as I've never faced this issue before. I am hoping to return all three items without opening the boxes; however, if required, I will open them to include any necessary paperwork. I am inquiring about a chargeback issue that I encountered via email. After noticing that someone unauthorized had used my account to order an item and then stopped payment, I contacted your customer service about the security breach. Despite speaking with your security department and customer service, the problem has not been resolved. I was instructed to remove the unauthorized information, but it seems my account access has been unfairly shut down. I have consistently paid for all my previous orders and it is unjust to penalize me for someone else's actions. The security lapse that allowed someone to compromise my account should have been prevented by your team. This situation is not my fault, and I demand a resolution that reinstates my access to my Amazon account.
