I ordered * scooters for my grand twins in late August when they arrived they were both in a large box - after I seen there was two I stored it in the Christmas room. A few days ago, I opened to have them assembled. One scooter box was open with two parts laying between the parcels. I then checked it only to discover there were parts missing. I’m unable to contact amazon- being twins you buy two of everything- disgusted with the inability to contact Anyone at Amazon.ca, I ordered a * rd scooter they are $** per, I’m a senior and live on a fixed income. So I now have pieces of junk -$** junk that I most certainly cannot afford on my income. Thanks
